Nice rifle, I just purchased the 20” 308 with the thought KCI ass M24 barrel. Might go with the fluted barrel for weight reduction.

Just bought a 700 tactical in Hogue stock yesterday. Will be zeroing today and see how it groups. I already have a 700 tactical in a Magpul hunter stock. Was buying this one with the idea of possibly putting in a chassis, I don't know. I do like the feel of the Hogue though. Also not sure I want to add a ton of weight to it. Mounted an Arken SH4J 6-24x50 on it. Scope comes in at 36.6 Oz 🤦‍♂️

Would appreciate knowing, (1) What is the length of the barrel, (2) The weight of the barrel, (3) Is the barrel tapered at the muzzle or is it parallel and (4) What is the brand name of the barrel. Thank you.

My vudoo shoots in the same hole at 25 yards indoors. Try 50 yards and then 100 yards. Still accurate but wind and environmentals make a difference.

You need to get some low or medium scope rings and get rid of that high AR mount. Scope is sitting way too high

Just one other question can ypu put a flashlight underneath the handguard or just on the sides of it, does the heatshield insode the handguard prevent ypu from doing so thanks

Aim small miss small, get some smaller targets to shoot at and it will improve your groups

got mine last year no prb at all sub 1/ 4 at 50

Not bad. I wouldn’t have the front scope ring that close to the turret housing. You want some room. Just something to be aware of.

Changing glass won't improve accuracy. If you want better groups change ammunition. But keep in mind that you are shooting a 22 lr

Which CROM mount did you use with the Vortex?

NICE VIDEO AND SHOTGUN BUILD. HOW DOES IT GROUP AT 50 YARDS WITH SLUGS? ALL CAPS BECAUSE I AM HARD OF HEARING.... :-)

I have 3 out of 4 of those shotguns I would use my dp12 over my m4 or 1301 but that’s just me

I recently purchased one but I realized the one i purchased did not come with a choke, what choke should I buy for this weapon? It's interchangeable so I'm able to switch out chokes

Does it come with a choke? For some reason mine did not, even though you can put different chokes on the barrel lt came with none so I have to find one for the 1301

Except for my pistol grip, my setup is identical. I ordered the MXT extension but could not find a way to make it fit. Also the forearm Magpul is, in my opinion, not worth it. The heat shield is so close to the front it’s not possible to add a pic rail without sliding the shield to back. The coupling front already has a built in M-lok rail so i use it for my light. I should have qualified that i use the ghost sight and it works well without a co-witnessing scope . . . AND I’m only able to load 6 +1. I was under the impression i could load 1 more 2 3/4” shell. Thanks.

Bought the Tactical and it out shoots my M2! Lighter, less felt recoil, FASTER to fire, and NEVER had a malfunction in 500+ rounds. My M2 has lifter/reload problems and has been to the gunsmith 8-10 times….! Next step, back to Benelli!

Is that stock made for the 1301 or you need the adapter in order to install that stock, if it’s the later, which stock is the one that fits the adapter?

Nice review, I’m now in the process of doing the exact same build with FDE stock and foreground on black 1301, Holosun optic, extended mag extension and magpul FDE sling , should be a badass gun lol

m4, but the DP 12 looks interesting. Not familiar with DP.

It’s a fine shotgun right out of the box. All the accessories uglify the gun. But I can’t argue with the value they add. Especially the butt stock since the length of pull is too long for me.

I just subscribed as I crave any and all fighting shotgun content. Please more individual review and some comparisons?

Which choke you used.??

1301. I love my M4, but the weight definitely catches up with you when carrying through courses all day. The 1301 is going to dethrone the M4 as soon as more people catch on to all the benefits. Faster cycling, lighter weight, smoother and faster loading, and a much more reasonable price tag. It leaves very little for the M4 to cling on to.
