4:48 Sinn U50 is 500m WR at 11.mm thick, just saying. 13+mm is too thick for a 300m dive watch.

Yes. And it's ultimately one of the main reasons why I sold my 38mm Murph. The short lug to lug made it look tiny on my 6.5" wrist. It's still a nice watch tho but at 47mm lug to lug like the khaki auto would give the watch more wrist presence.

love the BB 41.....I recently purchased this heritage with burgundy bezel on the jubilee, and constantly get positive notices and raised eyebrows. but if I do want the mono black look, I think I would still go for a "vintage" Rolex SubMariner

I own both the BB Monochrome and the Sub 126610LN. I’ve been wearing the BB much more lately and I love it. I’m even considering letting go of the Sub. Everyone and their cousin has one, I see it everywhere.

I have a BB heritage in burgundy. When i saw the new BB monochrome with the 7 link bracelet I had to have it and it’s my favorite in my collection. It was so worth the wait to get one. On my wrist list looks so good.

What a beautiful watch and what an incredible review! Makes me wanna splurge right away. But a minute hand with the Tissot T emblem might just add that extra charm that one would expect from a $1k watch… at least for me. Second hand is far too simple.

I went into my AD to buy this watch but the dull black face on the dial looks like it's made out of cheap plastic.

Looking to make this my first watch purchase, have loved it since it came out. I tried on the BB58 when traveling and felt too vintage for me. This one is class and sport. looking forward to getting it on the wrist soon.

Nice presentation of the BB 41 METAS MONOCROME! I have bought the 58 GMT and I still love ❤️🖤it! Last year I have bought the BB 41 Metas Red ❤ and it is my Favourite because of the classic sport vintage style! My next watch for Christmas will be this Monochrome Metas Black 🖤🖤🖤

Yes as you mention Tudor stripped away the gilt indices, gold text, tinted lume, faux rivets ... all good improvements. Now if only they'd change that clownish blob of an hour hand.

It's just missing some Mercedes hands. I've never liked Snowflake hands on anything other than the Pelagos style of hour markers. This is just jarring.

I have tried this watch on at the Tudor NYC boutique, and it is amazing in person. It is a great piece.

I understand how the skeletonized hands are divisive, but at the same time I'm having a real hard time thinking what kind of hands would look better on this watch. The "necktie" (sword?) hands they did in the past simply look ugly, just like the "pizza slice at 12".

I would totally buy a Submariner with: - Oyster case (not the chunky, "hexagonal slab" maxicase of current models) - Maybe no date but definitely NO CYCLOPS lens sticking out of the crystal like a sore thumb. - Blue dial and bezel (no "any color you want as long as it's black" Henry Ford BS)

I won't watch in black and white, sorry.

Not better than a 1000$ watch seriously.

TGV pointed it out too me the one thing that drives me insane is the snowflake hand with the round markers if it had normal stick hands I’d own one. Just a personal preference still a amazing watch

sold my BB smiley to buy this and best decision I have made, I absolutely love this watch. All the shiny parts against matte Black dial. And that jubilee just finishing that whole beauty. My favourite watch for sure.
