    what do you mean by " running really rich or really por on the botom of the rpm"?

    • @simpleinseattle
      @simpleinseattle Рік тому

      Rich = can smell fuel or gas in the exhaust fumes. Too much fuel in the fuel vs. Air ratio. Poor = slow throttle response, lag or misfiring because of the fueling problems. I hope this helps.

    i'm so confused. i'm having a hard time tightening the handle back. the handle goes in , but it seems as if the screw wont move? it's frozen or something? is there a lock or something i'm forgetting? taking the handles out was as simple as loosening the T15 screw, pulling the handle out, and unplugging connectors.

    • @simpleinseattle
      @simpleinseattle 3 роки тому

      If you take the handle out and look inside the area where the tab is that is closest to the screw, there is a slot for the plastic tab. I suspect you don't have it properly slotted and therefore can't tighten the screw. I no longer have this vehicle.

Had it on dyno, that revealed some minor fueling issue but no faults or power loss. According to Honda tech, these bikes will run a bit rough when cold, also bit rich, especially bikes with no O2 sensor. I have ordered power commander, and I'll get it reflashed on dyno next year. Untill ill use generic file from dynojet. Season is now over,so i hope ill get a day or two for testing with power commander. I'll do my best to remember and give you an update.

    If it doesn't leak could it still be bad?

    • @simpleinseattle
      @simpleinseattle 3 роки тому

      You could still have a vaccuum leak to the regulator. My bike ran super rich and had had some surging. Ran super smooth after with not much noticeable fuel smell. The diaphragm inside of these breaks and allows for fuel to be sucked into the vacuum line.

    Comfort access is not working on the passenger door for me and also locking and unlocking that door doesn't work from the remote. The guys from the service say they see errors in the handle which make sense since the comfort access doesn't work, but could this problem be causing the lock/unlock not to work from the remote as well? What do you think? Also I get battery discharging while stationary warning every morning.

    • @simpleinseattle
      @simpleinseattle 5 років тому

      The not unlocking from remote is interesting. You could disconnect the handle altogether. I have seen comments that the actuator can go which will cause your symptoms. You can always disconnect the comfort access handle wiring to see. The opening mechanism via remote and the comfort access are two separate systems. On a side note, your battery sounds shot. You may want to get it replaced. Low battery itself can cause a lot of weird issues.
