thank you so much for appreciating my work 🥰❤️. Honestly, it took me 1 hour to build this house and the duration depends on whether I'm still in the mood in creating a house so sometimes I create for 30 minutes and so today then 30 minutes again tomorrow. Thank you for commenting, have a nice day!

Thank you for appreciating my work, it means a lot to me ❤️ I got the fences by participating in a Sweet Treat Showdown, I can't remember the exact event though, I think I got it a long time ago. You can get special stuff when participating in Sim Festival, Treasure Hunt, etc. If you were unable to get these fence, I think you have to wait for the event rerun in order to get it - it depends on EA what event they will have a rerun. I don't know if my comment helps but thank you once again!

Regarding the sims cash, you can download mod apk but with precaution in mind and in terms of patience, it gets a little boring over time and hard to think of house ideas but if you are motivated, you can surely build a great house!

hi! thank you for the feedback! Regarding of purchasing the landgraab, you still have to pay for some space but if you have like 10 rooms in your main, you can also build such room in the landgraab for free.
