Incredibly beautiful scenery, shot amazingly. Socotra definitely has its place near top of my bucket list places to visit. Can you also share some of the hardships apart from off roading 2-3 hours to reach a place and scorhing sun. What is a thing that people would not expect during their adventure in Socotra that you would advise to be prepared for?

I live in Norway and literally in nature and alone. I have a log cabin, without an electrician. I manage myself and grow all the food I need, i.e. vegetables, potatoes, etc. The rest I get from the sea and rivers such as, salmon, shrimp, crabs or hunt grouse, large bird and moose/deer. In addition, I hunt foxes of which there have been 54 so far this year. I love the silence and the wilderness. When it crackles in the fireplace I am filled with a very special inner peace. Every day is a blessing. ❤🤍💙
