All I can tell from this is that there is some sort of shadowy conspiracy that is abducting people for some purpose that necessitates secrecy. And someone or something named "Dixon" is a part of it. Either that, or Dixon will at least give them a lead. Am I anywhere close?

I see that Claire's hat changes from a solid color as she is wearing it, to a plaid pattern when it falls to the ground when she is taken by that machine. OR, do I need a new eye glass prescription again.

the world is very reminiscent of didier graffet's works but leaning more towards cyberpunk than steampunk. awesome job, really.

this thing looks like the manifestation of my dreams. im an artist and writer myself and i wish to portray worlds similiar to the medias i already love like metropolis, the sky captain and the world of tomorrow, the bioshock series, and resonance of fate. i fucking love decopunk, noir, and the unique approach you guys made to this genre. i hope you guys make it big this is so lovely.

This is giving me a false memory of a Playstation 1 game or a PC game from the early 2000s. I find myself looking for a gameplay that doesn't exist. I love how the style of the animation is reminiscent of a time long gone. Reminds me of simpler times

Reminds of the two cities story from Jules Verne. One was nice, the other militarized.

I approve of the defenses; they resemble something one would expect to find at a Middle Eastern fortress. But let’s discuss Rose Diesel. Assuming it to be a fossil fuel, the city’s government should raise funds to produce an alternative fuel as renewable as the people who use it. Perhaps, if they dig deep enough, they could harness the intense, constant heat of the Earth’s Core. That’s what I call “Artificial Geothermal Energy” or “A.G.E.” for short. More to the point, they could use it to synthesize fuel from underground and market it as a fossil fuel, so when fossil fuels run low, Metropius could corner the proverbial market.

Saw "Metropius", but read it as "Metropolis". Nothing like what I expected (obviously), but it has the beginnings of an interesting story, so I am thankful that I misread the title.

This is way better than what Hollywood is putting out...I need the next episode!!

it was interesting.....the music was all wrong and added nothing....i would have modelled the protagonist after humphrey bogart and given the storyline more intensity as a story, not more intensity as a sci fi light show ....the absence of cgi explosions and the smooth motion changes of perspective were a pleasant and mature change from the usual bang bang bang animations out there
