Air dry clay will continue to shrink if it was not allowed to fully dry before being sealed & if it's improperly sealed. It does not dry fast. If you're impatient, don't deal with air dry clay.

My images are not working. By not working I mean when I weld them the detail goes away and the only thing left is just a shape. Even when I use the same image (which is a print then cut), it's detail goes away. So what type of image should we use? My image was originally a flat image used as a print then cut. I changed the image to have layers and made it a svg. Both images when I weld them everything goes away except for the outline shape. Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

@@incinidy4086 thank you so much for responding! So mine are more like .34” give or take & no bigger than .49”….this explains why it seems like there are 100+ and so so small. Lol I know I can do the release compound path I think in order to change the size for each shape (oof that’s gonna be fun!🙃) I’d just go buy something from Etsy but I actually got 2 separate files from a couple groups I’m in. I’m still totally new to the silhouette (well any cutter machine) & I jumped from basic to business like the day I got it in. About 5 months ago. So yeah, that’s why I’m “ahead of myself” but I do like the “freedom” in the design part for silhouette. I keep forgetting how to do the offsets easily, but I’m all about learning as much every day! Do you have a FaceBook group? It suggest a good one? Just highlight what you want to move, and then click the arrow key on your keyboard - it will move the highlighted section straight either left to right or up and down, whichever way you want to move it. Then you don't have to worry about it being out of alignment :). Great job!!
