my biggest problem with Cold War was people raging zombies and exiling on round 20-30 every game when playing with randoms when I was getting past round 70 solo easy and the old games were more based about how far you could get before you die not lets get out before we die

It really confuses me and makes things awkward when there are sprinters on round 3 or 4 on BO3, and also their kill time is really crazy despite giving you 1 extra HP. Also as someone who prefers having objectives in games, it really sucks when I can't even do the objective because it is needlessly 4 player only. Or in Shadows of Evil you need 4 players for literally 1 step at the very end, which wouldn't be too bad except you need that for the achievement *and* to do revelations EE. so you have 4 maps where you can solo the EE, but then randomly 1 you can't and that one single thing stops you from doing an EE that *is* soloable. Very confusing game design, don't know what was going on in the heads of those who made it at that time lol. Also obligatory, fuck the box RNG of the older maps but that's usually the only issue i have with those ones. (Moon is cool but needing Gersh, QED, Gersh in that order and the wave gun, is really tedious and can break a run if you are going plus 20 to even start which happens to me all the time)

Transit’s pack-a-punch never made sense to me. Like not even by steps, but just by design. Why would you have to put the wind turbine at a random door at the power place? Why is there electricity on the ground? Is it trying to indicate that the wind turbine is like, blowing the electricity at the door? The visual indication just doesn’t make any sense and never will

The mimic step drives me crazy on firebase z The last time I tried the ee, solo like I always do, I didn’t get the third mimic until round 39, when I got the first two before round 20

Great video! BO1 Zombies is my favorite and objectively the best video game experience ever made. I was obsessed with anything zombie/undead and horror related when I was a little kid(8ish) so when my dad bought the xbox 360 with halo and black ops 1 as a family gift I instantly fell in love with bo1 zombies(and took over the xbox). Sadly I didn't get to play any of the DLC maps until 6 years later because my father refused to let me buy DLC because it's a "scam"(I will never forgive him for this xD)

I love bo3, but I also loved Cold War and currently have excited to see what bo6 has to offer. People are already judging the game because of a single map. Personally, I’m just happy to play a new zombies mode with more LOOOORRRE

Bo2 is the og. And was my fav for soo long.. but after playing bo3 for soooo long and platinuming it.. (I broke a controller over the "personal decorator" trophy 😬 I can't decide which is my fav.. their both great!. But as far as this vid, yea laughing was appropriate for Vanguard, cause that's NO ONES fav game. But he forgot to mention how if it is your fav, your clearly not in any way a fan of zombies or the series.

I only like the treyarch zombie maps, they do it the best.

Call of duty WAW i don't think thats what it will say to me, more like a legend since i am still playing it and that was my first zombie game ever and it was awesome, in my opinion it's hard for me to get near round 10 or 11

Nah the reason why bo1 is my favorite zombies has absolutely nothing to do with nostalgia. I just want to go for high rounds on simple gameplay that gives me an actual challenge and doesn't force me to do the entire easter egg to just set up.

Funnily enough, the zombies games I find myself coming back to when theres a content drought are IW and WW2 zombies. They're really unique in their own right, and feel a lot fresher than most of the Treyarch games because of how much Ive played and seen content over the Treyarch games. Honestly, WW2 zombies is pretty damn solid once you learn how the systems work, and its got some really damn hard easter eggs especially on solo which I typically play more than co-op

Black ops 3 was the last good zombies game imo. From Bo4 and onward it just got worse and worse...

To be honest I like Black ops 1 2 and 3 I don't like the other games of zombies maybe infinite warfare but that's about it

IW Zombies is very underrated. I don't like the Cold War or BO6 Style, but IW is authentic zombies.
