Hey, just a quick note. You DO have a reason to go bacl to Rain World, you NEED to try the roguelite mode, it's amazing and hilarious both at the same time. On my first run i immediately got an upgrade that gave my slugcat vulture wings. And that's actually one of the more "sane" cards you can draw. The mod is called random buff.

Bro has no idea how scavenger reputation works. They simply are mean to you because you are mean to them. I personally max out my scavenger reputation by giving them stuff and saving them from predators so I never have to worry about them and have them as an ally.

Love the video haha, I am a rainworld menace with 300+ hours, and I have to say its my favourite game. DEFINITELY play downpour it's has genuinely like 5 times the enjoyment and content than the base, and good luck with the new local Detroit residents that come with it 😂

Because idol chooses one card in your deck, even if you have ten different cards, if most are the same then idol is more likely to pick that so its not necessarily a 1 in 10

Nice vid, only gripe I have with your assessment is that you should be building around flushes. Most of the time what you really want to do is go for a hand-agnostic build, relying almost entirely on jokers for your score, so that you can beat blinds with just high card. Any build that relies on drawing a 5-card hand is one that is easily lost on a bad draw unless you've fixed your deck to be almost entirely one card (or at least one suit in the case of flushes).

10:46 "in practice you will never achieve this (getting a deck that's all one card)" in fact this is achievable. UA-camrs like Balatro University and Skootie have done it multiple times. The Idol is one of the Jokers that are key to getting super high scores (though the fabled naninf score is strictly a Baron joker or steel card thing)

300 hours in the game and i just need to do all possible expeditions and challenges to finish the game completely. And it doesn't take 100 hours to find out that you jump and leap farther if you throw something like a rock or spear when you jump to give you a boost in distance

You actually used the light source to get through shaded citadel? I just trial and error'd my way through it thinking that this is the god intended path and goddamn did I stick to it. I also finished drainage systems and got to the end area without a light source and now I have memorised the layout of a large chunk of drainage systems and can navigate it effortlessly to my objective. I feel as if somehow what I did may have been inefficient but, on the plus side: Getting through drainage is much easier now
