Italian Style Grilled Stuffed Chicken Breast
Italian style stuffed chicken breast grilled is a easy and delicious recipe. Fun to prep and easy to cook.
Many variations for the stuffing. I went with mozzarella cheese, fresh basil , and sweet Italian sausage.
This turned out absolutely amazing. The sausage gives a great flavor to the dish as a whole.
Made a easy glaze with balsamic vinegar, garlic, honey, and ketchup. With a lite easy glaze this just turns out great. Glaze applied lightly at the end.

MeatStick X Review | Smoking a Pork Loin

The Meatstick X. Can it be the best out there? Meatstick X has been the best that I've tried to date. Meatstick asked if I would do a review and I was more than happy to try this out. I've seen some reviews online and been curious if it really had the range. It does. The app is very easy to use. It offers a great tutorial to ensure you are using it correctly. I was very happy using it. This wil...
Delicious Chicken Quarters on the Weber Grill Using Uncle Steve’s Shake and Jealous Devil Charcoal
Переглядів 1692 роки тому
Delicious easy to make chicken quarters using some Uncle Steve's Shake. Also, new to me Jealous Devil Lump charcoal. Sprayed with duck fat prior to applying the rub on the chicken quaters. 1st time doing chicken this way. Cooked indirect took about 30-40 minutes. Chicken temp varied 175-185. Easy cook. Chicken on the grill is always delicious. Think I'll go back to spraying during the cook. Ski...
Country Ribs using Uncle Steve's Shake and the Slow n Sear
Переглядів 1982 роки тому
Great easy to make country ribs on the Weber Kettle. I used Uncle Steve's Shake. Wow what an awesome shake. Took them to 160-170 range then braised them in some homemade barbecue sauce. Use your favorite. Took off around 190, but feel free to bring it up higher to 205 range. Ribs were boneless. Im guessing they were part of a boston butt. I got to tell you this came out so amazing. I highly rec...

Ham on the Weber Kettle Using the Slow n Sear with Uncle Steves Shake x2
Переглядів 2322 роки тому
This is a super delicious and easy way to cook a ham on the Weber kettle. I used two different Uncle Steve’s Shake which were new to me and I recommend both. Made a nice homemade glaze. Also I used the Slow and Sear by SnS Grills. Which I encourage every kettle owner to grab one since they really work well. The top of the fat cap received more color than I desired since the ham stood tall and w...

I keep my charcoal in a covered barrel and keep the bags to start my chimney. Works really well. My son'd were looking to get me a smoker and I have been eying this model. This was a great demo, thanks. Also, ribs look delicious.

WSM is a legit smoker. I also set up my coals like you do. I've swapped the water pan with a Firedial and I got a Lavalock coal basket which has an ash catcher. I've worked on 60-1000 offsets and this can make bbq that's comparable.

I have a half of a pork belly in the freezer and people have been bugging me to make homemade bacon. I've never done it but I'm sure your video will show me how.
