Переглядів 16214 днів тому
With snow fall right around the corner. We needed to finish up project PlowHog. What better way to finish up the project by giving her the tool to do the job. We have a Boss Plow with the installation wiring harness and frame adapter. Installation is very straight forward and very impressed with the product.

Plow Hog New Bed
Переглядів 291Місяць тому
Here with another video working on Plow Hog, out Chevy 2500. Since we aren't using the reading box that came with the truck, we needed a new one. We picked up an 8 ft bed for pretty cheap. Since it was so cheap, of course it needed some work done to it before we could install it on Plow Hog. Only one of the bed rails were bad, but to be on the safe side we replaced them all. We will be selling ...

Cleaning up the Bed Frame
Переглядів 8362 місяці тому
A lot of rust to deal with on the Plow Hog. We got the frame all cleaned up and painted. With this we also patch a hole on one of the crossmember and replaced another. All this work so it can pass inspection and not have to be worked on in the next couple of years. Since we dropped the fuel tank we decided to put in a new fuel pump, just incase. Hope you enjoyed the video. Subscribe for more co...
Taking The Bed Off Plow Hog
Переглядів 3932 місяці тому
We are prepping the Plow Hog for some new parts and a paint job. But first the old bed needs to come off and it doesn't look to good. Working on vehicles that has a lot of rust is never a fun job. A lot of heat goes a long way in that type of situation. Thank you for watching!

Переглядів 1,1 тис.3 місяці тому
Mike answers the question. Can you fit 35" tire on a stock Chevy 2500 truck. He tries out 2 different type of wheel and tire combination. To really get a good idea how they handle. Let us know what you think about this video in the comments down below.

We are getting our offroad Amigo ready for another adventure. Trying to stay with the theme of the truck of keeping everything as cheap as possible to have fun. Amazon was our friend with coming through on the cheap locker for the Dana 44 axle.
DESTROYED S-10, Timing Chain Replaced
Переглядів 2524 місяці тому
A very close call on the S-10. The timing chain guide broke into several pieces and the chain itself was broken in half. Wedge under the crank shaft gear. Thankfully we were able to get all the broken parts out and the S-10 bake onto the road.
Rebuilding Hubs and Bearings on Dana 60 in Project Sandrock
Переглядів 2095 місяців тому
We started going over SandRock from the last time we had this S-10 out on the trails. The hubs weren't looking to good. So we do what we do best and fixed the them. After getting everything apart, we were surprised on how bad they actually were. No grease, damaged parts, the hole 9 yards.

What kind sun visor is that on top of the windscreen ?
😂😂 love it man same boat lly with two car seats
What do you guys think of the Izuzu Rodeo?
Honestly they are just a four door version of the amigo. They are just as capable in stock form as an amigo only down fall is a little bit longer wheel base if you are on tight trails but not unreasonable. They are both a blast to bash in the woods with and very tough machines!!! Thanks for watching
@@TwistedIgntion Hey thanks for your input, I really appreciate your response!
Too much talking. Get straight to the point is my advice.
Great video guys. So I'm a big Mopar fan. So I noticed the Durango in the background at the beginning. Is there anything done to that/are you doing anything to it?
Great notice. As of right now everything is stock on the Durango. Don't worry the crew has plans for some modifications. So keep your eye out for when those videos post. Thanks for watching!
@TwistedIgntion I can't wait to see what you guys do to it.
Thanks for the help fellas!
Our pleasure! Thanks for having us!! 👍🏻
I just got 35’s x 12.5 freebies for my new to me 97 k2500 single cab short utility bed, so this video is perfect!
Happy to help and thanks for watching! 👍🏻
What year Dodge steel wheels did you use?
I believe they are 3rd Gen dodge wheels. I think they came off an 2006, but I could be wrong. They are factory steel 17x8 8x6.5 but like 6+ back spacing lol. -Mike.
@@TwistedIgntion Thank you sir appreciate it.
@@stephencourage230 No problem!! Thanks for watching!! 👍🏻
I'm sure that box bed doesn't look good underneath. I have to fix them all the time at work.
Yes, it’s pretty rough. It’s amazing how those beds cost 5k, but rot away in a few years
What is the percent of anti-squat you are shooting for?
Sorry it took so long to answer this we have been quite busy. As of right now we haven’t fully setup the suspension yet but the bracket locations will allow us to get it as close to 100% as possible (meaning no anti squat or squat) once we get driving and make some hits on the street we will adjust it for what it likes. Most street cars prefer anti squat to help push that tire down for traction but at this point we will play with that when time comes. Hope that answers what you are looking for.
Working on my 09 silverado and it's pissing me off. Is it supposed to have some strong resistance going from park to reverse? Been having a hell of a time fighting between not having crazy resistance and being so loose that it won't go into park
I had the same issue with that white crew cab in the background of the video, turns out if you don’t route it the correct way under the dash it won’t always go into park. I’d need to slam the shifter up. If the 09 is similar to the 06 the cable is separated in the middle and has adjustment there. Hope this helps. 👍🏻
@TwistedIgntion yeah last night I was having one hell of a time getting the upper cable to lie correctly in that stupid wire retainer above the steering column. Finally shifted smooth 7-9 rounds, then the lower popped off the brand new shift selector. I'm fixing to weld a damn fender washer to that stud to keep the bushing on and call it a day
loved it got 2500 same truck put it together having probem with the tac module
If the Tac module is what I think it is, it’s the black box with 2 plugs on the driver’s side fire wall correct? We replaced that on this truck as well. Lucky to have found one in a junk yard. They are plug and play, good luck. 👍🏻 -Mike
More prep shown in this cut down video then Trailmaker had in real time!!!
Great work! Keep it up boys
10-4!! Thank you for the support. 👍🏻
New name and logo looks great!
I like the new name. I really love the new logo.
Yea we are really happy with the changes glad your on board 🤘
@TwistedIgntion it took me bit to start watching the videos beforehand. I thought the channel was dealing with police officers. 🚔
I want a 94 amigo 5 speed so bad
They are definitely fun little 4x4s they’re getting hard to find but they’re out there. Good luck!!
The car show is cool. But when are you going to be working on the Chevy truck again?
We have some significant upcoming changes to the channel that we are enthusiastic about. We are currently preparing everything for the transition. The C-10 project will commence shortly.
Wait a second? We have a mid 80s Monte Carlo in this video but a 96 stock corvette isn’t good enough….doesn’t seem right…
Salute Brother. You did a great job on that truck.... I know that you have fun in it.
Thanks we appreciate it and yea we have a blast 🤘(Rick)
what outer banks town ?
The festival was held in Outer Banks, North Carolina.
I like mikes next car fits him lol
That's just his luck. Rick's always breaking somethin.
A '78 Camaro Type LT was my first car around 2002. This video brought back so many memories! Such an amazing platform.
It seems either ppl love the second gen’s or hate them lol. They are great platforms to build in many ways from drag to road racing but I’m a little bias hahahha. Glad you liked the video and thanks for the like…….🤙RICK
Ls3/6L90E in a 03'Crown Vic Police Interceptor. My first swap, but not my first engine. I am still building the engine. It has a BTR RedHot cam 221/24X .617/.619 113 Lsa cam. I've seen 6.2s dynoed somewhere mid 500's horsepower. If I have 400 to 425 wheel I'll be happy. I just got a harness out of a 09' Yukon with ECU 2wd. I'm going to make a stand alone for now.
Sounds like you’re gonna have a pretty sweet sleeper. Hope you paint it or I’ll be scared if your behind me hahahha
Roflmfao!!!! I have made a stand alone harness from The Ford harness so I can run the original sending units so my original gauges work. And Dakota Digita has a box for $115 that will change any speedo and tach signal so you gauges will work. It'll change the Gm signal to a Ford signal for the speedo. I don't want aftermarket gauges. I am building a sleeper so when they get pooped by a Vic they get butt hurt Roflmfao
She sounds really good brother
Gorgeous brother!!! I'm out of Fayetteville,Nc. I have to work!!! Grrrrrr!!!!
My god that is gorgeous work done to that truck
Thank you very much! Good word means a lot!!

GUYS!! I love the cinematic shot of the car. Keep up the awesome work.
We’re glad you liked it. We had a lot of fun doing it, stay tuned, we’ll have more like that in the near future!!
Your hired 😂
👍. You all should put a drive Shaft safety loop on that crossmember ladder mount. Will need to cut it to make it fit. Just an idea 👍
Although we didn’t mention it we do plan on putting one in. One of those thing that honestly slipped our minds at the time lol. Thanks for the advice 👍👍
@@TwistedIgntion looking good 👍
Need acetylene for the bolt. Get it glowing and soak it in pb and let it creep in for a few mins, then get it glowing red again, then try weighted socket on pneumatic gun. Best way to remove without snapping the bolt or breaking bars.
We ended up getting acetylene and torching off the rivets of the brackets that hold the springs to the frame. 👍🏻
Try hitting it with your purse
We tried, no go haha.
That axle looks awesome under there. Now I'm really curious about the "secret" you guys have for the C-10.
This is how I start my Friday mornings waking up and watching these videos. Rick Ik you been wanting to this for a long long time
That's awesome what size tires are you going to be running?
Well, we can’t release the exact size just yet so stay tuned for future videos, but we will say for now, it’s gonna be a big tire truck. 👍🏻👍🏻
@@TwistedIgntion That's going to look awesome. Can't wait to see it.
Shiny parts are the best.
It’s a beautiful thing it will be nice seeing that truck back on the road
Nice! I want to do that to mine. I fell in love with the Amigo when I saw it debut in 89, then bought a 92 new off the lot and still have it. Even stock thesea re great vehicles..
That is freaking awsome. I daily drove one for a long time the beat it in the woods they wheel great even stock. Glad you love them too 🤘(Rick)
Thats the way it was since the beginning of time until some broad redesigned it like that.
It's the ear ring
What tf is going on in the background?
That is Ricky dying of laughter because Nate stapled his hand 😂
Who’s dying in the background lmaoooo
That would be Rick. 😂😂😂 poor guy was crying
Honestly tho I've never used one oriented like that, I'd probably have done the same 😭
I truly hate to admit it, but I have done the exact same thing.
Hopefully your good friend didn’t laugh like crazy at you for doing it 😂😂
ol buddy in the back is GONE💀
