Well it’s hard to tell if it had any effect on the germination rate because all of those seeds were probably super viable. I think the only way to really tell would be to try germinating some seeds that are not so good and see if hydrogen peroxide revived them or not.

I did the same method but until now my seeds haven't sprouted. It's been more than a week already. I think the hydrogen peroxide solution only works best with seeds that has a high germination rate. It doesn't work with old seeds. I guess mine was.

Without soaking the control seeds in distilled water for the same period, this experiment only suggests pre soaking in water speeds germination. Your experiment unfortunately equates to a Pfizer trial-level fail :)

I started a few seed varieties about 2 days ago, with a 1 part hydrogen peroxide to 3 parts water. Let me tell you it's fantastic! I'm doing straight 8 cucumbers, spinach, kale, broccoli, sunflower seeds, tomato's, tomatillos and a few peppers.
