Louis beholding the sun for the final time.
A Turing test. And it’s “Rachael” not “Rachel”
Sean was fantastic
I believe Ed Wood and Tommy Wiseau are kindred spirits from different eras.
... does he actually ask any questions?
this movie has a lot of owl Moloch symbols
this scene made me go vegan
I think I finally understand the purpose of this test; it’s to see whether the replicant is capable of answering questions relating to real life scenarios of the mundane human life which, replicants in theory can’t have because they have been bioengineered to simply serve and not actually live a normal human life.
It just seems so sad what happened to him and his later life. People like him you just wish they could be successful and happy.
beautiful her walk her shimmylol movie history
I wonder if there is any meaning to the change in eye color at 02:18. Rachel's eyes are green as seen in the beginning of the test, but the eye on the monitor later on, is brown. This is also referenced in Bladerunner 2049 when the replica is presented to tempt Deckard and he mentions Rachel's eyes were green.

The term "art" is thrown around a lot. This film is that.
smithfield libray staff should get a pay increase stoke on trent...and fired immediatley afterwards
I never noticed the spider story, mentioned later in the film, voiced-over around 1:56
I mean he’s a robot
Declared is a robot
No, Deckard is human.
The most beautiful woman ever - maybe Bergman beat her to it
Obviously was not a genius, but Edward Wood believed in his dreams, believed in what he was doing as if it was the masterpiece of the century, so his enthusiasm was always strong. Just for that you can't dislike him. Tim Burton catches that essence, love for making movies, in his masterpiece
enamorado de Rachel, al momento que deckard la vió sintió lo mismo. tyrell vió la conexion .....
blows my mind.......quién és el que vive en realidad o es una burbuja........como sea, <<<<<<<<Rachel my love
Plan 9 really isn’t that bad of a movie. I’ve seen worse.
I'll just say it for the thousandth time: Her smile is perfect!
One of these crystalline moments of cinematic perfection. It's easy to be dazzled by Young's elegance, but that would be to miss Scott's hand; offsetting android Rachel's calm vulnerability with human Deckard's cold, ruthless and glib inhumanity perfectly illustrated the core question PKD set out to ask in his novel Do Androids dream of Electric Sheep.
It proves that you can never give ANY Muslim your Trust or Respect !
Smoking HOT! They ate it all up! Read the book kids.
“Very” ❤
More human than human is our motto.
The test clearly shows that she is human.
I think she’s the best looking person of all time especially in this scene
Geh kacken miriem browne
This movie was released in 1982 -- so they were making sets and engaging in production design in 1980 or 1981. It is remarkable how modern the look, feel and creativity are for a film that is now over 40 years old. Way ahead of its time.
17 years ago this video was released but it looks like it was just uploaded.
This scene has Hollywood Golden Age level of cinematography and perfection, somehow it reminds me of when she arrives down the staircase in the Double Indemnity, same pathos.
If someone finally find out how to produce a human robot, Rachel would be a very good model.
I just find this video that was serve by AI in my you tube list. I saw this movie at least 13 times, this scene is the best of this movie, Sean Young actress is very captivating her role. The Blade Runner part II in my personal opinion is a piece of crap.
Welcome to Canada, fakes. It's the war of the Nygard clones, given positions of power and privilege for the human trafficking
Interestingly, when Deckard used the machine to test replicants it showed a green eye, but by the time it ended it showed a brown eye. Weird.
Sean Young in Blade Runner rivals Brooke Shields in Endless Love as the most beautiful a girl has ever looked. In fact I prefer her to Brooke, because her beauty is so otherworldly and mesmerizing it almost leaves you in a trance. The perfection of the music, scenery and lighting takes it to another level.
Why can't I meet a girl like Rachel ... Can I buy a replicant already ?
Sean may not be everyone’s cuppa, but I couldn’t imagine anyone else playing Rachael. Her acting seems so synthetic naturally. A perfect fit for the role. My favorite movie of all time. Best soundtrack too. Jordan shot the hell out of this movie. Ridley….You know…;)
She was ridiculously Fine. I mean....just criminally hot. Might actually be a Law against it or something, cause it's definitely wrong. Any Broad that good lookin is trouble. Fabulous Scene.
I really was in love with Rachel (SY) cauze this scene..ahhh many years ago 😢❤
What amazingly beautiful dystopian art this is.
She manages to still look decent despite that botched, turd-like hairstyle
The lighting on this! 🤌🏽 They sure don’t make films like this anymore
Sean Young was incredible throughout, such a haunting, eternal sadness looming in the background of her portrayal - creating a powerful figure, with minimal dialogue yet maximum impact... Nothing ever came close to it in my opinon. One of the greatest characters I ever had the joy to observe, so beautifully protrayed and will never be forgotten...
Sean Young é belissima. Como as mais belas do cinema. Infelizmente possui um temperamento muito forte e bateu de frente com diversos diretores. Seu papel em Wall Street aparentemente foi muito reduzido na edição final por conta disso. É o que se comenta...
She shouldn't have killed the wasp... in a time when the majority of animals are synthetic, even a wasp should've been treasured.
what time is it
Damn, Sean Young was heartbreakingly, out of this world beautiful...Sheesh. EDIT: Seems movies during this time period had so much more heart and soul than the crap they put out now-a-days...
She's got that 1940's look, right?
Agreed sir, she's incredibly beatiful.
