This is the first fractal that I have come up with myself that actually works. It is absurdly dense with detail in a lot of areas, and since I don't have any sort of anti-aliasing (other than just rendering the frames at a higher resolution) the video gets extremely noisy sometimes.       I'm sorry but I don't really understand what you mean? Do you mean backwards long jumping on the slope that i triple jumped on at the end? That slope is concidered slippery, which isn't possible to BJL on. And even if you could I don't think that would be faster, as you would have to figure out how to grapp the castle ledge after the BLJ.

      When you hyperspeed walk backwards into oob, don't you bounce and start going forward, or am I crazy? I'm picturing you doing that on the hill and having enough forward speed to get on the roof with a single jump.

      @@nintendians Aah I see. Yeah, the reason that happens is because the game is coded so that if mario is ever in a position that is concidrered out of bounds, then he dies. Normally you can't go into an area that is out of bounds, as if you are trying to walk into it, it pretty much acts like a wall. However some actions, like climbing up an edge, doesn't check foe if it is moving out of bounds like walking does. Thus when mario climbs up that edge, he ends up moving out od bounds, which then makes him die.

    I tried to talk about how everything in regards to the house has been analyzed to a very detailed level, but I wasn't able to give any good examples in the video. This won't be a perfect example either, but it will be better than what was given in the video: I was thinking of making some sort of foundry that is located on the outside of the house that Cotton can use to make simple metal constructions. I have however been very unsure of how exactly he would be able to build something like this, as first of all, since he makes everything himself he would need some way to extract the metal from the ore, as he uses raw materials, and having a metal component be made out of 30% metal and 70% rock probably wouldn't be the most strong material ever. The way I thought of solving this was by making the planet that Cotton lives on have some sort of ore of a made up metal that has a very low melting point, and a high density. This would make it so that when the ore melts the rock "chunks" inside of the ore will float up to the surface, which could be easily removed to get decently close to 100% pure metal. Then comes the problem of how he would get a tool that is able to handle the heat of the molten metal, that can be used to remove the top layer. Then he also has to somehow make the crucible that the ore actually gets molten in. That container has to be able to handle a ton of heat, and how should Cotton be able to get an object like that himself? Since the temperatures aren't high enough to melt stone (the whole reason why it will be so easy to separate the stone from the ore), then maybe the crucible could be some sort of rock that he was able to make into a container? Is that usually what those crucibles are made out of though? Won't it be difficult to make sure that the crucible doesn't crack and break when suddenly becoming super hot? What about the tool for skimming the top layer of the molten metal? Will that also be a stone? What shape should the tool be to most efficiently remove the top layer? Is that shape possible to create with a stone? This is basically the level of analyzing I do for a ton of components for Cotton's house. The whole reason I even thought of making him have a foundry in the first place was literally just because I thought that he could have some simple metal brackets in different places to make his house more durable. That simple idea lead to all of this. Keep in mind that I haven't explained all the issues that I have to solve for the foundry; I have some more, but they probably aren't as interesting, and I have already spent a ton of time writing this comment, considering that first of all it is simply just a decent chunk of text, but also due to the fact that I write considerably slower now due to still getting used to my split keyboard.

    Have you checked against just drowning? What's the time difference there? 23 seconds seems like a long time...

      Drowning takes around a whole minute, assuming that you get to the water instantly

      @@Merp998 thanks! However I think it is just due to not getting lucky with the algorithm. Also the animation is pretty short and simple, so it's probably not anything super attention grabbing like short format videos are "supposed" to be ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
