I just got this tub brand new. Filled it up 13 hours ago and it’s already at 98 degrees but it doesn’t really feel like 98. Feels like 85. What could be going on? I’ll probably have to be patient and see what it says and feels like after a couple days.

Hi Andrew. Great video! Thanks so much. I have a similar hot tub . I love my hot tub which I purchased in October 2023. I have a question I was thinking about purchasing this hot tub. You made it so easy to understand. Thank you for that.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 my question is, do you keep water in yours year-round or do you drain yours?

Hello, you can keep water in them year round as the tub will maintain the temperature you set it at. In the manual that comes with the tub it does come with drain and store procedures as well. 😊

Also one other thing I forgot to mention is since it's a 110 and not a 220/240 it will take longer to reheat in cold climates.

Are you able to make a video of the maintenance and one with people in it? Thanks!

So as far as maintenance goes, it's basically the same as treatment for a pool. You have to shock and add clarifier as well as use the test strips which you can get in a starter kit. I actually planned on making a video showing how I look in it being 6'3" to kinda show the length and height with someone in it 😊
