Приєднався 8 кві 2015
I (Blake Wyland) have been the host of The Tone Mob Podcast since 2015, making it the longest running, interview style guitar podcast in the world.
After producing hundreds of hours of audio interviews and thousands of individual pieces of content for Instagram and other social media platforms, I decided to put my toe in the UA-cam waters along with my fellow guitar content creators.
On this channel you can expect video interviews with folks from the guitar world, news updates, effects pedal demos, original music, livestreams and a whole lot more.

I’ve been playing in B for so long I almost forgot what standard sounds like. 😅 What’s your preferred tuning?
Would you consider starting a guitar store?
Hahahahah! I forgot to hit publish on this. I’m sooooooo good at UA-cam. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😣😣😣😣😣😣
FIRST!
SOOOOO FAST!
@@thetonemob thank you Blake, I will be accepting my crown by certified mail only.
@@Reverend_Taco I shall send it by certified ROYAL MAIL
You most definitely have to file out your nut as well. And get a baritone bridge.
Thanks for having me brother.
Of course! Thanks for coming on!

I’ve been eyeballing a lot of stuff from Revv here lately…….but the G20 looks like something I need in my life
You’d make good use of it!
What is your favorite high gain “lunch box” amp?
I wonder if Mike’s parents are gonna hear this one… 😂
Thank you Amish guy
Out here playing with electronics on my 36 year long rumspringa 😂
I think you are awesome. I would love to contact you and our programmer and I have done. Firebreathing dragons is your call but I appreciate you.
What is your favorite bass amp? This episode might have just helped me find mine.
Great talk. Love Alex's' stuff and interviews. He always has interesting thoughts and this was chat was great.👍
Thanks for checking it out! Glad you enjoyed it
What size string is that, and what is it tuned to? Plz let me know
3 series, oil can , NotaKlon because of the jhs show here
4 minutes to get into it, a bit long in my opinion
I respect and understand that, but… First 2 minutes feed my family and the second provide context for those who missed the first episode. Doing the best I can over here! 😅
just buy a bass
Wtf. Just buy a bass
How fortunate to own one of these gems! Congrats!
Yes! I feel very lucky
Octave the 6th sting down to A or B and nope haha
I have a 1996 digitech rp 6, could I use the whammy pedal setting (preset) to do the audioslave like a stone solo? just askin'
Done it a few times mate, it is a thing haha
Killer podcast! Stumbled across your channel looking for kemper content. New subscriber here
Thank you very much! I’ve been mostly an audio only outlet for years and UA-cam started letting me upload my RSS feed here last year. New episodes get published every Monday both here on UA-cam as well as Apple/Spotify and those other spots. 🤘
The JHS Show feels so empty without you Addison.
One of THE coolest pedals I have ever heard. Period.
Have you ever wanted to assign effects via frequency?
That was a great talk with Molly...lots of fun moments in that hour.
Thank you very much! Glad you enjoyed it
I think it would be cool if you could get lambchopper on the show. He's a master at dialing in tone. Love the show by the way. Big fan of this show and the chasing tone podcast. 😊
Thank you very much man! And that’s a great suggestion. Lambchopper is a brilliant dude
Thanks guys, so cool hearing some of the back story.
Thanks for checking it out!
Have you learned anything from Marty? Which song was it?
Is that the oases tone 😮
this has gotta be the realest interview/talk ever
Thanks! I’m glad you dug it!
19:03 Shavo has no room to talk here lmao he shitposts on the 'tok all the time :P
Yep I was so surprised with the ambient spring as well, thought it might be my lest fav but its just incredible, lovely tones.
They really nailed it with this one
Great episode!!
Thank you!
Haters are gonna hate that you proved the myth wrong
Maybe. Most people seem to like it!
Great brand and I love my Super Fuzz!!!!
The birds didn't attack you I hope ;)
They knew what was good for them!
Great video! Even better looking pizza!!!
That was some tasty pie for sure.
It's been a while since I have opened up a pedal. I would like to see the difference between an everyday, common pedal like a Boss delay and some explanation of how a boutique delay is built.
That’s a good question and the answer varies a lot. You might be surprised how many thru-hole DS-1s are out there
@mythospedals especially the Wildwood Mjolnir
Ohhhh. Zach does brilliant work
I always like seeing the guts. You can tell a fair bit about the manufacturer and their attention to detail from them.
I agree! Details are fun and can say a lot about the big picture sometimes
Which guitar pedals have your favorite insides?
Shouldve put one on fuzz 1 setting for the mid boost
Great conversation. Nick is an interesting cat.
He is indeed! Thanks for checking it out
Nice
Love it!
Thank you very much!
Great to find you thru Tye!
Awesome! 🤝
Thanks for sharing their channel. Great videos!
Of course! I figured folks would like them
