Take it slow dude! try it in a virtual machine first, the wallpapers are from an artist by the name nicola samori
I love hyprland but i had several issues with games so came back to gnome, but I want to use hyprland again when it's better on that aspect. Ricing hyprland is super fun and satisfying too. Update: I fixed the issues with games so im back on hyprland. <3

ever tried wf-recorder ? edit : Usually I used it with `mod+v` for recording and `mod + shift + v` for screen portion. kinda like ffmpeg in Xorg, nice one though.

You mentioned you moved away from Fedora and using Arch now.. I want to move from Fedora and go NixOS.. what made you switch? Are you enjoying hyprland more or is there no difference?
Yeah, arch has better support and I switched not because of hyprland but packages and certain features. Nixos is also actively supported

tutorial? nope. if you just started using linux and you dont have self destructive tendencies, i would recommend using a desktop environment until you get comfortable with the terminal and learn about arch on virtual machines. then try ricing
also you could try this install script for debian, if you insist on using debian github.com/JaKooLit/Debian-Hyprland
@@shub39 i mean I am pretty comfortable with terminal but I don't wanna switch to arch because package are unstable and buggy , that's the reason I asked if it's suitable to install it on Debian based destro? And I don't think. My computer is powerful enough to handle V.M. Another reason I don't wanna switch is that arch community is preety toxic , that's also one of the reason I don't wanna switch to arch ..

Videos like these make me want to use Linux more and more. Best I can do is use something like GlazeWM on Windows, my laptop's manufacturer is even worse than nvidia when it comes to linux, there's simply missing drivers, and the present ones work poorly.
just wait until the skibidis find out that you can customize hyprland to crazy extents and they make SkibidiLand

How do you have themed icons enabled in your app drawer in your emulator?
didnt have to configure them, im guessing its because of the gruvbox theme explore waybar/modules github.com/shub39/dotfiles
for my emulator its just android 12+ has the themed icons toggle in launcher settings in aosp roms, dunno about oems :)

those are apps running in the background, there is a waybar module for that
