Much easier than big floaty goals. I too want to live longer than 40 and spend time with family. Safe to say you have inspired me to change my mindset. I’ve lost the weight once before, so I can do it again. Just gotta take it step by step and keep going. You look amazing btw! I wish you all the best. :)

Yes! We have the same feelings of doubt periodically about raising our kids. Our two kids are very different. We just do our best, do what feels right, teach them kindness, empathy and respect, and importantly, listen to them. Trust your gut feelings but don’t be afraid to ask for advice. I think showing your kids that you don’t always have the answers or don’t always do the right thing is an important demonstration of just being human. Reading to your kids and making up stories with them will help to make you a better storyteller too, and give them an appreciation of that skill. Thank you!

It's good. But every trainer that has a collar on a Brachycephalic dog doesn't have a brachy dog... Especially a French bulldog. Just ask your vet. And especially a reactive Frenchie.

Genius😍 My frenchie is a 12 kg small girl but she pulls super hard, like hurting my shoulder hard. Plus I always worry for her because she may choke or hurt herself. To reduce gas in our Frenchie we use a divided feeding dish, we found a food that produces less gas, and we give very limited treats - especially no “human” food. The problem is almost gone in our little guy. It helps with the butt wiping issue, too. Our dog had the surgery for his nose and epiglottis. Snoring is almost gone. A firm sleeping surface also helps him. The other issues - yes, exactly the same with our Frenchie.
