To change the air filter in my bike I removed the left side cover by pulling it off, unscrew 4 screws on the side of the air box, pull the air filter out and reverse the procedure. One tool is needed ( a philips) and about 5 minutes. 1996 Honda Nighthawk 750.

Can you adjust the height of the levers once installed? I sat on a mid control Sportster S and couldn’t get my toes off the brake lever and had to raise my leg to downshift the shift lever.

What about transmission oil and primary oil do they got to be done along with the 1st engine oil?

Due to a badly designed airbox, air can bypass the filter by seeping around the edges. You have to grease the lip to the filter side of the airbox before reassembling it in order to form a proper seal.

Can i use 15w50 instead of 20w50?? It wasn't going to cause any trouble right??

Also, to add to my last comment, get yourself a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde exhaust system is awesome and sounds great. Hopefully, you will appreciate it.

I have a 2020 V85tt and installed the $138 stainless Y pipe kit ( three piece with all clamps included) I bought on eBay , my bike has an Guzzi slip on exhaust by Arrow with the carbon fiber , my bike sounds amazing now and performs much better . I’d like to look into getting the UpMap but for now my bike seems fine and feels more alive!

"It blows my mind" they believed the sensors could not be removed without violently destroying the stock exhaust. How did they think the sensors got screwed in? Yikes.

The installation of the SoundBomb's compressor in this video is NOT acceptable according to the install instructions: "The compressor should be mounted so that the cylinder is vertical with no more than a 25 degree variance from the vertical position." There is lubricant inside that will work itself out if the compressor is mounted on it's side. Mounting it this way also voids the warranty (at least if you tell Denali how it was mounted, and they WILL ask).

I’m probably gonna be the first one to say this but I just got off the phone with Denali because my horn has lubricant leaking from it because the compressor is not supposed to be on its side like you guys did in the video I installed it exactly like yalls and now I’m out $114 because they won’t replace it on warranty since it was on its side the compressor since leaking has stopped working and before you say they should put that in the instructions they did it clearly states that but I didn’t use them i just followed yalls video

Wish you would have shown how to disconnect the fuel line. You said that there is a quick disconnect, and there is not at least not on my Sportster S. And I removed everything you guys did.

Just a note for everyone riding Revolution Max engines out there (Pan Americas and Sportster S): Harley release a service bulletin stating that oil must be drained with the bike on it's *side/jiffy* stand. Oil will *not* completely drain with the engine completely upright. Same with checking engine oil. Your dipstick may have different oil level markings on each side: one for measuring on the side stand, and one for approximating when the bike is upright. Thanks for posting this video! I got myself full face helmet by Scorpion Exo T1200 mainstay white Touring and found out stop making because noise but I like it because more air goes through it and Texas always hot summers! 😊

So how did mounting the compressor go? I note the instructions say to mount vertical as possible. How has almost a year horizontal gone? Still functioning ok??

Having trouble taking the tank off. How do I disconnect the fuel line?? Iv taken off the 1250 plastic and see the lines. But how do you disconnect it?

Ive been looking at this kit, I found a way to solve the possible rubbing issue, just bend the frame up a half inch on a table vise and you’re done!

I am debating whether to get this one or the one on the side, does it solve the mud slashing problem? Also isn't it illegal to have it on the side without a light? Did anyone run into issues with cops?
