@ExplorenWisdom when you astral project, at least in my experiences, you're not in reality anymore. You're tapping into different realms/dimensions, however you want to call it, and not necessarily encountering these energies in material reality. I think material reality is one face of a cube (cube resembling creation), which is all we can really perceive as humans. Astral projection allows us to rotate the cube to experience other realms in spirit. So essentially we're tapping into nonincarnated souls/spirits from my perspective.

Hey Alessio, thanks for reaching out. Good question, to be honest, I don't know a whole lot about the topic of parallel universes so I likely won't make a video until I learn more about it, it's something I'm interested in knowing about too. From my understanding, there are at least 3 tangible dimensions (and probably many more) being material reality/our universe, the astral planes/spiritual realm, and source/totality. Some people say that there are dream-like lands and a whole lot of other stuff out there. Could be, but I'm not too sure. I believe mostly when people have NDE, they temporarily return to the astral planes as a soul. All the best!

@daniel.e.hannah thank you for the reply. I once heard that everything we can imagine and conceive exists somewhere.. that imagination is like downloading from other dimensions or so. I wonder since we are able to create those beautiful worlds here with the right tools (arts, AI, softwares etc) what can we achieve as pure spirits on the other side?! After all we know that the universe even takes shape for us to feel at home once we cross over. I wish I could astral travel and try to voluntarily go somewhere very different from our reality! Places like the one I will link in this comment. Every time I listen to it's music I feel such an overwhelming feeling of longing, I've been asking for awhile now my spirit guide to help me reach those real at least once, for my peace of mind, Since I find this earth too far away from inner self.

Hey friend, this is a universal perspective, not necessarily a Christian perspective. Truth is, every religion has a concept of heaven and hell, each with a different interpretation. I'm speaking more so from a shamanic point of view, from what I've learned working in this space.

Passing on is a get out of jail free card. This is the tough place to be. Try to look forward not with fear, but excitement knowing that the experience of consciousness in spirit is incomprehensibly beautiful.

Have u considered looking into what's known as "reiki treatments" seeing if that is useful. And for those astral projecting id seriously suggest looking into means of protecting ur physical body and energy body and than cleansing ur body before leaving ur body and coming back to ur body using smoky quartz stone with ur physical body and other means

Those astral projecting might also want to learn how to protect their energy centers as well and cleans them

There's not just high vibe and low vibe there is also what's known as a neutral like vibe which would also be know as the grey areas

@@williamfiske3868 Sounds like you're on the cusp. Getting through the vibration point is the hardest part as the mind certainly isn't your friend during this moment, but you're almost there, keep at it.

Yes, we need to be assertive and set boundaries. We can stand up for ourselves while doing it with love and understanding, rather than fighting back from a place of wounding or insecurity. I think if someone is healed and another person tried to pick a fight, the healed person will not indulge in this behavior, and they won't be triggered by it. They will set their boundaries, move on, and hope them the best - not holding onto any baggage or resentment. Of course, can be easier said than done, but I think fighting back, arguing, and letting someone have the power to control our emotions never brings the desired results, just suffering. When someone sees you're not phased by their behavior (of course it must be genuine), then they see they have no power over you.

Thanks for sharing. You probably were really there. From my understanding, our consciousness variously exists in other dimensions. When you tap into these foreign realms of information, you're not 'going' there like you're on vacation. You're tapping into a deeper part of your consciousness that is already there which is why it feels so familiar.

@@daniel.e.hannah Thanks though the one thing I fear is accidentally finding myself in a dark dimension. I've heard people giving stories about going to hell. One person said he saw alligator snail like looking demons and I'm thinking oh shit that could probably give me brain damage. I wish there was a way to completely avoid scary dimensions.

@@tebohosefatsa8280 As with reality, duality exists in the astral planes too. Anywhere duality exists, darkness exists. Spiritual practice is like putting on HD glasses. You will see more beauty, but you will also see more shit. Spiritual practice is not about avoiding the darkness, because you can't. It's about learning how to navigate it.

@cmauro7912 There's no formal education around spiritual practices and modalities like Astral projection. Anyone can do it with some discipline and practice. Maybe she just figured it out herself and learned how to do it. She is as able as anyone else, don't need to be a monk, sage or shaman to do these things

Well that's the thing. Someone who's an atheist will believe every experience is physical, regardless how profound they are. There's no bridging that gap until you experience it yourself and can make that call from experience rather than assumption.

Hey, thanks for your insight and concern. What you say rings true. Whether the spirit was demonic or just lost, I'm not sure. Regarding the practice of Astral projection, I don't have a teacher. It's something I've been exploring through spiritual practice. Every other experience I've encountered beautiful angelic spirits which have shown me some pretty important things and provided a lot of healing and love. This was the only encounter I've had with a dark spirit while Astral projecting (which I had no intention to do, pracrice, or connect , and of course, I would like to avoid future encounters, or know how to protect myself better. Interestingly enough, the shaman I spoke to, who knows a lot about this, told me that if this happens again, hold Jesus in my feel his energy of light to protect me. I found this particularly interesting coming from a Shaman who is not Christian. All I'm trying to illuminate is that there is a lot out there, light, dark, and everything in between, and speaking about my experience to anyone who is curious about the spiritual dimensions. I am only interested in connecting with spirits of love and light, but now I see that sometimes we might encounter darkness too. Anyway, thanks for your perspective, all the best to you!

@@daniel.e.hannah Yes. There are times where God allows us to see and experience things to bring us closer to His truth. Often times, it takes seeing the devil to know who the True living God is. Jesus is THE one. This was my personal journey. Satan's biggest mistake was to attack me physically and harm me. Up to that point, I thought everything I encountered spiritually that was beautiful and helpful was on my side. You see, what triggered lucifer's fall was the creation of humans. This is why he hates us. The angels are called "sons of God" in the Bible. As magical, powerful, and beautiful as the angels were, God didn't create them in His image, only us humans. Some debate what that means. I learned it means that God gave humans the same infinite power that only He had. What power? The ability to create other eternal beings. Of course, this is done through the joining of the woman to man. This gift was not given to the angels, so Lucifer in his anger and jealousy wanted "to be like the most high." This is why he deceived the woman to sin against God and then deceived the man. He did it to bring the same judgment on us that was on him. This is also why he and his former angels (now demons) bred with humans to try to regain their sonship. Their offspring were called the Nephlim. But because of the eternal destruction they brought on humanity they are damned forever along with any humans they can take with them to break God's heart. This is why the only way to rectify the problem was for God to come as a man and live a perfect life without sin and die and conquer death to give us a way back to eternal beings to live forever with Him, as we were intended. @@daniel.e.hannah "it must be genuine" , and there is the biggest problem there. i\Its like finding out Santa Claus does not exist as a kid then trying to genuinely believe he does again but you already know he does not. It just does not work when you know magic is not real. But good message about valuing money and physical things above all else. that is wisdom for certain.

Hey, thanks for your comment! I personally don't believe it was the shadow self as this felt like a separate entity, rather than an aspect of my own consciousness, but who knows. I've done quite a bit of writing about shadow work, and from my understanding our shadow selves are the hidden/undesirable aspects of ourselves that may come out during triggers, fits of rage, feelings of self-worthlessness, jealousy, (and the side of ourselves we try to keep from the world) etc. I would say it's more a branch of psychology than spirituality. That sounds like an interesting experience you had, I would keep exploring it and see what else you can tap into. Very true, Western culture is certainly lacking in wisdom regarding these sorts of experiences. This is where I believe it's important to dip into other cultural traditions to develop a deeper understanding of these realms. Jung was really a mystic and explored advanced alchemy. Alchemy of the self. He encountered beings and archetypes of the collective unconscious which is parallel to what pop new age culture calls the astral world and spirit guides. Exactly right, we're like dogs chasing their tails most of the time, When we catch it, we realize it's not really changing how we feel, and shoot for the next shiny thing. Great that you're doing the inner work, keep at it!

If you are present with the situation, feel everything fully and look for the lessons in your situation, you will have more clarity about how to move forward - and heal from the past. Remember, every situation is temporary. You've gotten past difficult times in your life before and things always work out, one way or another, so trust this situation will be the same. Keep looking for those growth opportunities and leverage this painful situation to learn and grow as a person, and before you know it, the situation will have passed, and you will have leveled up from it

That's a good way to put it. To bare witness. I think we all need to feel heard which is what drops a lot of the tension and dense energy we tend to carry around. And yes important to protect yourself when you're holding space and to maintain your calm and composure.
