My Hypertherm 105 plasma cutter (used on my CNC table) - The "onboard Torch volts pre-divider" (on the main board stopped working)... it is a fairly common issue that happens sometimes. CandCNC makes an add-on circuit board that I can install and get my "Torch Volts" back ... (this is a voltage reading that is sent to the CNC controller... allows it to automatically keep the cutting height cons...

This stock started a 4" x 0.5" x 20' bars .... I first used the HEM Saw to cut each plate to 3.875" length ... then I cut them (this video) again from the 4" width, down to 3.875" width ... to leave me with a bunch of 3.875" x 3.875" upper-die-plates for the Clay Spencer Tirehammer

Purchased this machine in March of 2021 from Cyberweld, I have loved welding with this machine. A few months ago it just "died" (no power)... they invented this homemade hammer, here in Brazil there was an accident where the tire is spinning, the pressure screw burst, not effective and has to be very elaborate

What capacity forklift? I'm about to move a haas vf-0 8500lbs I'm wondering if a 10k lift will do it safely or if I should get the larger 15k but it won't fit in my garage door due to a 10' mast.

-- I got distracted (focused on other things)... and my brother came and fixed the forklift for me.... He bought seal kits from (2) places... one was from the CASE dealership .... they were expensive.... then ... he purchased an aftermarket kit from a 3rd party shop ... (much less expensive).... he did one cylinder with the expensive dealer kit... the other cylinder with the cheaper kit .... he wanted to see if there was any difference in performance.
@@herrmc what was the part numbers and site for both the expensive an cheap ones cause I have this and want to rebuild the pistons cause one is leaking. I’m learning diesel so this looks like an easy project

No coolant ??? Looks like drill hit the top of vise when it stopped. A bit slow on feed.
Cooling with air.... Machine a bit on the wimpy side for turning a 3/4" drill ... I got it done though 160 of those holes

Do you still have your GMC 1660HD metal lathe? I am interested in buying one but the videos on you tube seem to have very loud noisy gear boxes. Does that seem to be the case with yours?
Mike - I do still have the GMC 1660HD ... I do not have a lot of experience with different models to compare to ... We also do not use the lathe very heavily at all (just occasional use). -- In my opinion if a person purchases a Lathe like this ... they would do so with the understanding that the "less expensive" price tag, also brings with it less quality ... and to a degree lesser performance than might be expected in a higher priced unit .... -- I have been pleased with the performance of the Lathe ... and also with the support I have received (only had occasion to contact them a few times).... -- I am not sure where you are located, but if you are near me ... you would be welcome to come and see it work ...

What a cool modern and very functional stair case built to last, and out riggers under the stair flats so they do not bow over time through weight variations people carrying items up and or down them? The customer will be installing 3" thick.. 40" wide stair treads on top of the metal tread plates The metal tread plates are 3/8" where the wood treads will attach.
