I mean this in a constructive way, but i'm 20 mins in and it only now feels like any progress has been made. I think a TON of the villages you went to, and deaths could've been left out without taking away anything from the video as a whole

This remembered me when I created a world in creative (the version was 1.5.2) and started exploring the ocean (the time oceans where enormous) and found wood but when it rendered more because I was at 2 chunks of render it was a tree but gigantic, never seen it again and that hard drive unfortunately got stuck with the r/w thing and got corrupted, I cant describe how extrange that tree was but I never seen anywhere on videos. Hope someday someone find another 🥴

I did the math ( used calculators ) to find the largest THEORETICAL pre-1.18 ( theoretical bc it’s impossible for diamonds to generate this high above bedrock from my research ) diamond vein which would be 4 veins of 10 generating at 4 chunk corners and another 4 veins of ten generating at 4 chunk corners below those chunks and ANOTHER 4 veins of ten generating on 4 chunk corners above those chunks. The math for the answer is 20,000 ^ 12, which ( according to google calculator ) equals 4.096e+51 which means ( according to an e notation conversion website ) a 1/4,096,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,264,912,976,048,464,864,952,640,640 chance, which im pretty sure is rarer than the infamous full diamond baby zombie villager chicken jockey.

Watching this video reminded me of something I once came across in a survival world. I was diamond mining at y -58 and then I suddenly heard the deep dark soundtrack play. I got excited and dug around for a while, but I couldn't find any other signs of the biome (and I did have my F3 screen open). It seemed that I found a deep dark that was only a block or two in size, and hadn't even generated any sculk blocks! I wouldn't have ever noticed it if it weren't for the biome's soundtrack sudden playing during my mining trip!

anomaly 10 was updated there is now a massive ancient city there but the drop is still the same I dunno if it is a couple blocks shorter though

@Rovant The island with the stronghold is a function in the game. Whenever a stronghold spawns in a cave it generates a bunker like formation around it as if you go inside of a cave in bedrock or java "with a stronghold inside" it will most likely be hidden inside UNLESS! a cave or ravine generates, this will cause it to expose the bunker and the stronghold inside... (The next part is useless information) - Bunker formation includes stone, deepslate, and dirt + grass which the dirt is *VERY RARE*

This video made me decide to post a seed I've been sleeping on for a few years now. A seed that has a Modified Jungle Edge with no Swamp Hills biome for thousands of blocks. Works on Java 1.14-1.17. i had a house completely surrounded by water like that in one of my worlds o: there were other houses there that were not fully covered by the water, and they were high off the ground too so you had to swim up the water to get in lol. from what i remember it didn't have a lake though, it was near a mountain/cave area o.o

i love your anomalies series because a lot of it is something ive never heard before, and i consider myself pretty knowledgeable on minecraft glitches and development (cause its one of my special interests lol), so hearing something that hasnt been covered by 2147483647 other youtubers is genuinely exciting, and the atmospheric editing and theming + your chill voice is a very nice touch youre our greatest anomaly rovant ;)
