Thanks for your feedback! I try to make it doable while still challenging for people of many fitness levels. That's why I suggest modifications and progressions during the workout. I guarantee you this can be a challenging workout even for someone at a high fitness level!
Very enjoyable but I'm not going as hard as you because I hurt my back, unrelated, a month ago so just doing what I can here in Ireland 🇮🇪☘️🇮🇪
