😂
This is such a great initiative. It’s not always easy for us of the younger generation to connect and communicate with our elders, and this platform is a step in the right direction to pass down valuable wisdom. Some of us don’t have older family members or we are losing them as the years go by and we regret not spending more time with them to have these types of conversations and shared stories. Thank you VPL for setting this up and sharing.

Great commentary again! In 1939 THE NEGRO PROJECT started to lower the Black population in America, "eugenics." 38% of Black pregnancies are 38% of Black pregnancies are terminated in America, it's over 50% in NYC. Black Women: 80% obese, most in debt/least likely to marry and 78% fatherless children by design... 1854 founded to STOP SLAVERY... Republican Party 1860 founded to KEEP SLAVERY... Democrat Party Democrats 100% support THE NEGRO PROJECT now called Planned Parenthood. Know your true history that's connected to today. Check these facts.
Is this the vaughn with the wonderland and the big fish store

Ageism remains largely invisible despite its wide reach and negative impact on individuals and society. However, it can be combated: policies and laws, educational activities and intergenerational interventions have all been proven to work to reduce ageism. To create a world for all ages, stakeholders across countries, sectors and disciplines must invest in these three strategies, support further research and data collection in this area and join the global movement to change negative narratives around age and ageing.
This video doesn't seem to go into detail for how to critically examine the reliability of health information
Thanks for your comment, Chislon. This was the second video in a two part series. Please see the first part in which we go into greater detail on how to evaluate plain language health consumer information (ua-cam.com/video/TNUGDWF0zMQ/v-deo.html). If you require more in-depth information on how to examine specific scientific studies, please sign up with our health literacies specialist for a one-on-one session here: www.eventbrite.ca/e/health-1-on-1-registration-220308196747

LLOOOOOLLLLLL
What a funny idea! 🤣 Anything that gets people to read, I'm all for it. I don't even mind if people read books about Sparkly Vampires or magical little kids going to witch school. Whatever...they're _reading,_ and that's always a good thing. I sure wish I had a library like this near my crib, but I live in the east Bronx. People come here to buy drugs, not to read. Two people a month (on average) are shot and killed at the local drug spot just three blocks from my building. No one is putting a library here. 😢
