I stopped oiling ny scalp and it isn't as itching as before
@milky8471 what a relief right 🙌🏾
Oh, I was looking at this product. Its so hyped. I hope it works well. The bottle is soooo small
@scripted_heart1006 yesss I almost used half of the bottle on one wash day. I need to use something mutiple times to see how it works so that's the case with this 😆
This is lightly flat ironed. It’s ok to not say silk press
Interesting, I’ve always seen it and wanted to try it. Just a liquid vitamin, not necessarily for hair. I could do liquid. I do a powder and add water to my other daily vitamins so yes, they absorb better. Thanks for sharing! ❤
@jmacknaturalista thank you for watching! Yes MR Vitamins are the best well at least the liquid Vit D I tried so far. I'm still trying to figure out what to do w/ this bottle lol
Yeah! I stopped oiling my scalp because of itchiness, too!
@KatieAJ such relief right 😌
I have a bottle of that, its the one for hair but im not really seeing any difference in my hair. The taste is not bad, i think its peach and mango. But its beyond expensive, Geritol works better for me cause I felt more energetic when I took Geritol.
@@Ubothered I've heard ppl talking about taking Geritol & saying good things about. I guess the taste varies for the MR liquid vitamins. Thanks for sharing your experience 😊
I have these and the shot glass with it.
@@brooklyn0992 niceeeee 🙌🏾
I do pretty well with liquid vitamins, right now I’m taking geritol because I have low iron and for the hair growth benefits. But I find just like you said out of sight out of mind so I try to keep my vitamins on my desk at work . When I’m home it’s hard to keep up with because they stay in my work bag 🤦🏿♀️. I’ve heard great things about Mary Ruth vitamins I have to give them a try .
I took geritol, and it definitely gave me plenty of energy, but I didn't really see any difference with my hair. I'll probably try it again.
@Flourishingtresses335 ok gotcha, yes MR liquid vitamins are good so far. I've heard a lot about geritol, good luck with the your iron levels definitely focus on that first then your hair will flourish 😉
@@Ubothered good luck! I know Mary Ruth has hair supplements/vitamins as well
For me, I’ve learned that I have a sensitive stomach so I don’t take vitamins every day. It’s either every other day or every two days I switch it up because it can be super potent. Everybody’s body is different and sometimes your stomach may die absorb certain medication‘s faster than others. Also taking multivitamins at night after food helps as well and then I adjust the dosage size as well and never necessarily go off on what they tell me because they are going off of the average weight in height, but I am a bit slender and I also have other health issues so if I was to take aregular dosage, it will be too much for me and a lot of people don’t think about that
@CL-do5eq yes so true! Everyone's bodies are different & you have to be careful. Thank you for sharing your story 🧡
Just bought the women's organic vitamin. Not a fan of the taste but I like that it's organic.
Oh wow that's what I keep hearing, it doesn't taste good
Oh lawd, I have some left.....
I am horrible at taking vitamins but my doctor told me to chill out on taking them so I do take this no issues.
@@lakishayarbrough1 true your vital organs have to break down Vitamins so you definitely don't want to overload either
6 mos.? Keep it Sis, I had a bottle half that size of Liquid Iron and I went thru it so fast that I realized I needed a larger bottle just to complete more than 2 weeks so it looks large but remember its liquid, taking the prescribed amount goes faster than you think.
@nnaturalheaven3754 oh wow thanks for letting me know. I definitely want to try a smaller bottle too. Thanks for the encouragement! 🙌🏾
Gave me severe headaches
@@JustSummerGirl ohhh no sorry 😔
I have a smaller bottle. I take a teaspoon along with other vitamins and after food. I don't care for the taste but I haven't had any reactions. Also I decided to take it along with the other vitamins that I take every other day. Just by choice. I add it to my juices or not to hot herbal teas.
@@shinaj9626 that's a good idea to add to juice or food. Thanks for sharing 😊
@@artofnia😀No problem.
I can’t take it either. It’s the amount of biotin in it. It breaks me out horribly when I take it in high doses daily. So it’s a no for me. But I take moringa and sea moss every day and it’s made a huge difference.
@Nille0212 thanks for sharing! I've heard biotin being a huge NO for ppl. Glad you found something that works! For me the bottle I ordered (40 oz) is too much for me but I'm willing to try a smaller bottle to test it out. Thanks for watching!
My scalp gets very irritated and itchy when I apply oil to my scalp the next day the scab would look like a big patch of flake .so I tried stopping and my scalp is so dry so my dandruff is worse
Oh no I'm sorry to hear that 😞 does not oiling your Scalp solve the problem?
I’d love if you continue doing these and showing us how you improve / the new hairstyles etc. like these week in my _____ hairstyle videos help sooo much in giving a realistic idea of how our hair will move / grow
I definitely appreciate the video ideas & I will add these to my video ideas list. Thank you 🧡🧡
Looks more like a blow out. You probably need a hotter flat iron to give it that silk press look.
@shayshebad true it's giving blow out vibes 😊 but I specifically said that was the kind of the look I was going for. I flat ironed on lower heat on purpose. Properly wrapping will help flatten the hair too and I wasn't wrapping properly b/c I didnt have the proper hair wraps.
Hey girlie, I enjoyed this video. Can’t wait to see more videos. I don’t have any suggestions, sorry girl…😅but I’ll support and watch whatever you choose to put out! ❤I love fluffy hair and I gravitate toward that more and more, personally.
@jmacknaturalista you're amazing Sis for watching my very long video! I appreciate you! I 🧡 fluffy hair too 😍 Thank you for your support as always 😢😘
Gorgeous hair ,new sub here❤
Thanks for subbing 🧡
To Clarify "I might be one of the only persons that can achieve this look" on me. Meaning a lot of stylists can't do my hair like this so I might be the only one that can achieve this look for myself.
Yes bestie. Same with stylist. I took time off from her. I love the fact that your hair isnt too straight. Fluffy and full. Your hair is beautiful 😍
@scripted_heart1006 right it's hard finding a good stylist as we all know. Thank you beautiful! Thank you for watching 😘
Hey girlie. Thanks for sharing. In my straight hair natural days I loved a bone straight silk press. Now that I’ve embraced my curls “24/7”…I love a good fluffy blown out look. I know that’s different than this but I love the fluffy look regardless.
Yesss I used to be a bone straight girl too lol. The bigger the hair, the closer to God now 🤣 I'm all about a voluminous fluffy style whether it's heat or curls. Thank you for watching! 😘
I think it's because if you didn't make your own oil... You don't know what's in it
True 👍🏽
Yessss! I’ve noticed that on my own growth journey. I professionally trim, and i dust when needed and i retain so much more length cutting my hair lol.
@mrod87 nice! You're doing great with your hair journey 😊
Yes. Your hair is soooo pretty regardless. I definitely need a trim and for the same reason. I can do the ends ends, but hair in the middle and front I definitely need a professional. Praying I find one that I like in the area! Great video! ❤I like to cut costs like that as well! I NEED to find someone that can really cut some hair, hopefully before the end of the year…🤞🏾
@jmacknaturalista right I agree! I'm definitely not a professional and the middle is so hard to get to. I wanted to mention in the video that the person who trimmed my ends does a horrible job with flat Ironing, like heat damage is on level 1000 when she does it. Hopefully we both find better hair stylists soon! Thanks for watching! 🧡
Billy goat bought out the brags!
I have to exercise the dilemma 😭😔..im wearing my curls or plait under wig
I have the exact same thing going,,use medication shampoo and leave in conditioner and I spray my hair with pain water every day.. it's looking better
Ive made 2 hair butter with 1 from aloe vera, carrots and vitamin e and the other from moringa, rosemary, vitamin e, cloves, ginger. The first one wnen applied to my hair , i have no issue but the second one, moringa growth, chai, God help me, the itchiness is crazy. Its bad. Can someone explain it to me, is that it has gone bad or expired
So what about when it gets dry ?
This brush the truth. Those tiktok brushes not for me
Beautiful ❤
@blessedwmnofgod0418 thank you 😊

@@SarakshiAaniykaAriyan good for you! Tysm for watching 😊🧡
@@SarakshiAaniykaAriyan I also lost a lot of hair due to oiling. When I put nothing on, I have no hair loss. But it is dry…so what now?
@@kcanderson4333 Hey... 💕💜😊... what I do now is... I just oil my hair... and not the head... and that has kept my hair moist and top of hair gets its natural oils.... 💜... but I only did this yesterday... as I found my hair was started to get dry too... so after washing... I braided it.. and left in leave in conditioner... 💜
I stopped oiling my scalp and my CCCA has improved oiling your scalp causes scalp disorders and inflammation
Oiling the scalp is bad for the scalp cause it interferes with oir natural oil, sebum, which comes out of our scalps. Even too much sebum can cause hair loss and scalp issues. That is why it is important to wash your hair at least twice a week. Or every two weeks at the longest. Scalp massaging and exercise produces sebum. I love my scalp massager and jump rope.
2024 here Am not the only one thank God My scalp hates products, i only use oil on my ends, i keep my scalp free of products even after washing it produces way too much oil enough to oil 2 peoples head after 3days😂😂
I use it daily. I love it!💚 I use the same brand. I also oil my scalp the night before and spray it during the rising. Anyway, I hope it's going better for you today|now!♡
Thanks for watching!
Same here I only pre-poo and then wash it completely out. I also use Dawn dish soap to wash my hair..
Yes I just tried the aloe vera juice with fenugreek seeds and it burnt my scalp irritated it. I had to wash it out immediately
I completely stopped oiling my scalp and the itching and soreness in the crown of my head has stopped. This also led to hair miniaturization in my crown that has progressed, but not quite bald. I initially tried massaging that area and while I had temporary relief the symptoms always returned. I finally realized that my scalp was inflamed although it wasn’t visibly irritated or flaking. I had to reflect on my 20-year hair journey to determine when this started when it was worse, and when it was better. I finally realized that when I was relaxed or when I wore my hair straight for an extended period, my scalp did not itch or was not sore because I wasn’t applying oils. My scalp was at its worst when I applied grease multiple times a week and/or oiled the middle more to give it extra “TLC” or so I thought. It was better when I only oiled once a week with a very light oil, but I still experienced itching and soreness eventually regardless of the grease or oil, I’ve used and made all types. So I did a little experiment recently with not oiling my scalp and just like that over 10 years of experiencing these symptoms completely stopped. My hair never needed oil in the sense of dryness. As long as my hair is moisturized my scalp doesn’t get dry. I only ever used oils for the nutrients they provide. However, I can deliver those nutrients in the form of water-based serums on my scalp. And now I’m focused on regrowing my hair in the crown. I believe oils and grease were clogging my hair follicles and according to research on this subject clogged hair follicles lead to inflammation. And my theory is that it may be a contributing factor to alopecias like CCCA.
I had to comment right here this is my life right here.
I believe this. Whenever I apply an oil directly to my scalp or parts, in a day or two it will itch, feel inflamed, or I will get flakes/dandruff. When I shampoo my hair and doing apply anything to my scalp (just the hair) I don’t have this issue
@@kianamoore5390 After watching this video I have stopped oiling my scalp and my scalp is feeling amazing..
This is exactly what I'm experiencing. I shaved my head cuz my scalp was always soo itchy and my hair was thinning. I started just exfoliate scalp shampoo and condition. After that whenever I added any oil the itch came right back. Not I just use clarifying shampoo and a water based serum and I'm experimenting with cecred hair regrowth drops. But it's better. I just have wash my hair (scalp cuz I'm bald bald now lol) at least every 2 days

I am, so glad to hear your video.
Hi. Thanks for sharing. How do you store the flaxseed gel. Does it require refrigeration? Thanks
Yes 😊
Its been 5 years and my hair never grew back, dont know how to fix it 😔
100% true
It’s because of the sebum. Oiling your scalp blocks it. Not oiling it let’s the sebum produce naturally and brush it through your hair, really healthy!
What’s the name(brand)of the brush
I stopped oil my scalp since 3 months ago because I had so much problems as inflammation, burning, itching, and so on. Since then I wash my hair weekly and no more pain. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.❤
