I'll check into the Shimano reel. Right now I have a Johnny Morris Signature Series 6.0:1 that I took off another rod.

It's a good little boat. I started using my kayak more and the Tracker just sat. I sold it back in the spring.

I like the DD26 also, but had already bought the other brand.

I love my 12T. Need to get a trailer for it, as it becomes heavy to load after being on the lake all day.

You can't beat the price. Looking forward to using them more.

My wife love's it. She is 5' 9" and 125lbs. I can fit in it but it's tight for me. I'm 6'2" and 240lbs. I wouldn't buy it for myself, but someone smaller it would be a great starter kayak for the price.

The versa track came standard on my 195txw.

I plan on redoing the video this year. I did a software update the day before and the helix's were at the factory default. I plan on getting back on the water and get all my setting fine tuned before shooting the next video. Thanks for watching.

@@mcelweeoutdoors2111 I totally understand that! Doing all them software updates is a job, I just now put 360 on my boat and got my settings pretty good I took it out one time and I think I'm going to really like it once I get adjusted to using it.

I really hate doing the updates. It seems like they come out 3 to 4 times a year. I get my graph setting dialed in and it's time to update. Just purchased a new Helix 12 G4 for Mega live and I have to update the graph that's new in the box. Crazy! Enjoy the 360 and tight lines@@craigcoble

I went back and silicone all the screw holes.

Will be going back to Watkins Mill with the bait when all the aquatic plants return! It will be killer!

I still use them with my 10' and 12' jigging rods when I have 4 to 8 rods out for tournament fishing. Still a great rack mount.

Shaft length is 45" Edge with 55lbs. Great trolling motor, would like to up grade to one with spot lock.

@@mcelweeoutdoors2111 thanks for the response. already ordered a new 48” shaft Power Drive with the 45lb thrust. I have a 2009 Superguide V-14 no side console just 3 bench seats, no big motor either just a 9.9 Merc. Going to buy the spot lock add on for it as well, I just ordered the one without it for now so I can get to fish fishing and just gonna buy the module and i pilot remote probably in the fall.

The mega 360 is on a gen 3 unit and the AS360 is on a gen 2 unit. I had updated the software a few days earlier and had the default setting. I try to adjust the setting on the water, but I should of adjust everything in the morning, then headed back another day to do the video. Got a new gen 4 ready to install and will be using it on the mega 360 and gen 3 will go to the AS360. Thanks for the comment.

I'm glad I got mine from inside the store. A few outside had broken handles and hooks. Bought the wife's FS10 at Bass Pro in Independence MO. They keep all their kayaks inside.

I love my 195TXW and very happy that I bought it when I did. I love the front deck layout of the compartments with the center rod locker. The few things I wish it had is the larger rear deck lockers like the new ones, and a tandem trailer. The cooler does suck and will be doing a cooler mod at some point. Hope you can find a great 195 when your ready. I think you'll love!

I just bought a 2018 195txw and I love this boat. Entry level? My friend who bought a glass boat was jealous over how well it handled and ate through the rollers along with tilt wheel and lighted wells..

@@yakityakteriw6774 Love my Tracker and wouldn't trade it for another boat. When I bought mine new the Lowe was almost $10k more. They are a great entry level boat for the money.

The kayak paddles around easy. I've only had it out 3 times and my shoulders and chest get a little sore from paddling, but I'm old and out of shape. I plan on using it for some online kayak tournaments starting next month with just a paddle. If I were going to add a trolling motor I might look at a different kayak. Don't know with a person and equipment then add a trolling motor and battery how it would sit in the water. You might have to try different setups to keep the kayak balanced so your not heavy on one end.

Bought that at Cabela's. Malone hitch mount $150.

Sounds like a great deal. New PT195 is pushing $40k just for the basic package. Then you add all the updates yours has would push it over $50k. Buying a used 2017 I would check the transom over for cracks. 2016 was the first year and had problems with the welds cracking. Have heard of a few 2017's and 2018's with the same problem. Enjoy the boat!!

Thanks for the advise. Read that on a Ascend forum, that the screws in the top deck leak and will fill the kayak with water.

I caught that halfway through the video, and slowed down the speed on the last few structures. I updated the software on the graphs a few days before and the settings reset to factory default. Heading back to the lake soon and get the graphs dialed in better. Hopefully have some better imaging in the next video. Thanks for watching and letting me know.

Haven't had the V-14 back on the water to see if it still leans a little. Did pick up a 3 gallon gas tank to lighten that side of the boat. There is a video of a 1998 V-14 on You tube and shows the gas tank and batteries already moved by Tracker at the factory.

Checked the water line on the boat. Transom is around 66 inches across at the top and 48 inches on the bottom. Water line is around 54 inches. Transom height is around 21 inches and its sits about 13 inches in the water. Hope that helps.

I am using the 96 v16, 73" up top is wider than lunds for it's time. Almost 60" bottom and hard chine again something others are now doing in 2010 and newer boats. Internally the support bulkheads in floors are full width and front deck is very well designed. No leaks in this 30 year hull. Very underated hull I think

@@omieyouknowme V16 is an awesome boat! Would love to have found one with the walk thru windshield for a family boat, at a reasonably price. Found this one cheap and making it a small lake boat.

I have a 2017 Tracker Pro 195

They will fold down almost flat with the arms on the deck and just the holder parts sticking up. I added the thumb nuts so I could remove the arms from the mount when not in use.

I live about 35-40 minutes from the lakes I fish and always break down the rods. Rods have rode very well in holders on the water. My Tracker 195 does 52 to 56 mph and haven't had any problems.

It's a Dek-it stacker mount by Procise outdoors.

The longest rods in the video are 12 foot jigging rods. If I was going to use longer rods like 14 to 16 foot rods for spider rigging I'd add another 3rd rod holder.

Your Helix will need to be a G3 or G4 Mega +, and you will need the Y cable if you want to see the down imaging and 2d.

Still working on part 2, had problems mounting both transducers.

Part 2 just uploaded last night. Will be working on Part 3 in a few weeks with more imaging with a sunken road with a small concrete bridge.

Yes still waiting on the Mega Live. Have my front graphs upgraded to G3 and G4.

The longest rods I've been using is 12 foot jigging rods for crappie. Rod holder have been working GREAT!

Don't have any reels with line counters. Have spinning and bait casters and they all fit good. The reels do rest on the rod below the next. More with the spinning reels then the bait casters.

probably very sturdy. Did you notice every pivot has "teeth" so it won't slide once tightened.

Haven't been in any really rough water with them yet. If it's rough out I don't try to fish.

The mounting brackets for the standard 360 and the mega 360 for the Ultrex are the same brackets. I left my standard mount on my Ultrex and slide the mega into the mount.

I think it would work. Depending on how you mount it to you boat would depend on how much movement you would have to rotate the upper rod rack.

I have my 360 not mega for ultrex, i was wondering if it is possible buying the universal one and use the ultrex bracket to fix it. Do you think it is possible?
