Yeh nobody understands this phenomena… alone is my favorite state of being… I never ever feel lonely… my own company is absolutely thrilling… I’d rather be on my ones than to be around energy drainers / vampires… I’m extremely selective in who I put my self around… I’ve been like this from a young child so being alone doesn’t faze me one bit… mysterious - weird yes… maybe but also wholly misunderstood… that’s how I’m often described by most others… Thank you Ciao ;)’

I live hundreds of miles away from all three of my kids and I like it that way. I am extremely independent and pretty much a loner in my golden years and need a lot of space, peace and privacy. They got 25 years of my youth, my golden years belong to me. At 87 years old, I've never asked them for anything and I have no intention of starting now.

Alone could also be seen as 'all one'. Men can be nice to have around atvtimes but on the whole they are more trouble than what they're worth unfortunately. Given all the ways you have to act/be to acquire a relationship with them is very confusing. Women and men are so different that its extremely hard to understand them overall or for us women to be understood. It see ems to be too much hard work to jump through those hoops and usually end up jumping from the frying pan into the fire. Most men are jealous of women and thats why they feel the need to try to control them. Sadly, we are worlds apart. So dont put to much faith in them but just honour yourself. Youll be much better off, lonely perhaps but pets make wonderful friends and love you honestly without expecting you to perform and/ or conform.

I don’t like being alone I just don’t like to be with people who don’t want the best for me, there’s a lot of insecure immature conniving jealous people who want to hurt you. Being alone has helped me to find spirituality and to find me but that doesn’t mean that I don’t want to meet a good man to share my life with.
