I find this difficult to finish. Although there are funny moments i find Reginald taking advantage of her and disrespectful. And I tire of Sarah having no boundaries and lacking strength in her character.

❤ thank you for sharing your books, I really enjoy them I live near Durham so this one was fun to listen to Can I just say that Durham is 300 miles from London so to ride that in two days took some good horses. Durham castle is next to the Cathedral in the city, the roads are very steep and narrow, still cobbled as well. It is almost surrounded by the river Wear, bit like a moat, with some very sheer cliff on some sides. It’s a beautiful city, small and unspoilt. There’s a market place in the centre which is still cobbled, although they have started paving it all due to people twisting their ankles. It’s not a place for the unfit as it is on a hill. The Cathedral is beautiful, inside and out. The castle is used by the university , mostly a library and student accommodation nowadays but still very much intact, it hasn’t been pilfered like a lot of other castles around, which there are many here. Hope this helps. The local accent is a milder “Geordie” than Newcastle where it is very broad to the unseasoned ear. Also we don’t have walkways, they’re paths or footpaths, even pavements in more modern times. I’ve heard a couple of times the word unsatisfied, it’s dissatisfied and unsatisfactory , oh the joys of the English language ❤❤ I did get a bit irritated with the constant second guessing thoughts, in my humble opinion you would have enhanced the story with less of those. The narrator was ok but I’ve heard better Other than that it was a great storyline, please do not take offence at my comments as none was intended they are just my thoughts. Thank you again for sharing xxx
