It is always a good idea to be careful! I use paypal to keep myself safe on temu. Never had an issue. I get some cheaper furniture on there too. Helps!

@@otaku.plants they are amazing!! I use them in closed terrariums and they are great workers! They populate according to food demand (mold) and to the size of the container. It'll basically be a self sustaining box and you can use the Springtails for other stuff also

They eat decaying matter so leaf litter, mold, dead bugs, etc

@nikhicormier5815 it's funny you say that. I actually use tweezers to do all that. Just got soft tipped ones from temu! Used them in a video I filmed today, actually. Love them. ❤️ Way easier getting corms planted into the pots! Thanks for watching. I appreciate it 🙏

@@otaku.plants OMG...I should have clarified-always worry about writing too much. I was looking at getting the tipped tweezers (was using normal tweezers, too) but opted for the 10 inch ones. You should try them- if you do not like them for plants, your son will have a good giggle over them. Cats may, too...I have tried them on the cats to run circles on their heads. Also- I did try the larger orchid type pots with all the slots. They make amazing inserts and are really sturdy. (Was a three pack of 6.7")

@kelsey9384 hahaha, I've noticed the same thing. My son was really loving the unboxing. So I figured. Ehh, why not. I usually don't like my kids on social media. But he wanted to be! I have 3 cats. I love them so much. A lot of temu stuff has been for them. Their pots are great. Those little ones were good quality.

@nikkihamson2586 hahaha anyone that comes into my home, has to look at all my pretty plants. There is so many updates to show them. They never want to come back 🤣🤣

To be honest, it isn't always perfect. But I do flush out my pon often. You can also flush with some hydrogen peroxide if it's bad. I think plants in pon for long periods of time will naturally build algae. My biggest tip. Make more holes in all your planters. More oxygen = less algae. Algae grows in dark damp moist environment with not my Oxygen.

@Yambataller just remember, when the environment changes for them. Humidity. Wind. Temperature. You have to adjust care. Sometimes people continue the same watering etc, and that can affect them negatively. I made a video about the same day I took this unboxing. Of course, it was muted, too. So I'm annoyed with myself.

Yes, I have a customer struggling with this. I tried a ton of things. What I finally found that worked was... A spray bottle with a mixture of Water, Hydrogen Peroxide & Fungicide. Fungicide kills most the spores. So It seemed to work for me. Let me know if you try this & if it also works for you!

It is actually Tandurusa. It is no longer being called a Jacklyn, this was a poached plant from Indonesia. The person who poached it, named the plant what they wanted. The real founders of this plant named the plant way before this thief stole the plant. Hope that makes sense.
