Our Last 30: A Podcast for Reflection - Pilot Episode
This was a special episode as it featured my handsome son, Mr. Smiley! He loves to eat and he loves to spend time with dad, so this was a perfect and unique opportunity to spend the special day together! Thank you for listening and for getting us past 1,000 subscribers!!!!! This is a dream come true for us!!!
Cesar…thank you for sharing your story. And I want to applaud you for getting therapy. We all know our culture often times looks down on or doesn’t recognize we need healing from our past. We can’t keep passing that down. 👏👏👏
Que bien!!! Saludos César
My Spanish is slowlyyyyyyy getting better! :)
It’s always a blessing to have that colleague that you can bounce ideas off of, collaborate or even have deep conversations with !
I appreciate you Mrs. Jolly! Keep on educating on your phenomenal podcast!
And Happy Birthday. 🎉
It wasn’t that she was a black woman it was for what she stood for. People knew she wasn’t the best candidate, it was what would’ve changed if she would’ve taken office. I believe that’s why she didn’t win. The dollar is what will win, a republican government tends to make money.
Totally agree, the economy was definitely the main topic this past elections. We will just have to wait and see how things play out in order to determine if it was the right choice or not. Thank you for listening and sharing your thoughts with us
Wise words !!! Thank you for bringing this topic up to the families that are not prepared for fear of being deported. Great job guys !
Hello! As a frequent viewer, I want to commend you on your incredible content. Good luck with everything!

Thank you for listening in on our weekly podcast, Our Last 30. Today's special guest is Dallas native, Joel Garcia, a self-proclaimed "trophy husband", entrepreneur and spiritual awareness mentor. Joel shares his perspectives on being a father, husband and community leader. We think you are going to enjoy today's episode and his perspectives on live, death and everything in between!
Gabe is definitely a success story. I have known him for years and he puts family first. Making a change and stopping the cycle. Great guy with great values.
Thank you for visiting our channel and our weekly podcast, Our Last 30. Today's guest, like every guest we have interviewed, has their own perspectives on life, death and everything in between. Some of our guests use "colorful" language to express themselves, some of our guests have experienced difficulty in life and some have experienced "everything under the sun". Gabriel shares his unique perspective on entrepreneurship, family, fatherhood and neighborhoods. We hope you will enjoy this episode and if you are not a fan of "foul" language, then this may not be the episode for you. If you can look beyond the language and hear the message, then this is the right episode. Thank you!
Que gran orgullo!

Please like, share, subscribe and watch as much as you can!
Thank you for joining us for our intimate conversation with one of my mentors, Mr. Peace! I think you will hear a level of vulnerability, history and reflection of manhood that we can all appreciate. Mr. Peace is a recently retired member of the Higher Education community and has impacted many lives during his career. We are thankful that you have spent some of your day to listen today, to like and to share this podcast about Life, Death and everything in between. #OurLast30
Happy birthday
Thank you for joining us for our inaugural interview on our podcast, Our Last 30. Today's guest, Dr. Flo, is a perfect first guest to kick-off our effort. He is a large personality with an even larger perspective on life, death and everything in between! We hope you enjoy today's episode!
I was wondering what degrees do you guys major in. I know you said you both work in higher ed, but what subject is your expertise? Also why did you choose those majors and careers?
Hi @Jacob, I graduated with a B.S in Psychology and Criminal Justice and a Masters in Higher Education!
Thanks for your questions! My subject matter interest and knowledge level is based on previous work experiences and my own opportunities to be inspired by mentors and colleagues. I studied Criminal Justice after leaving the military and then Counseling. Later in life, I earned a doctorate in Educational Leadership. I say this often, I think your studies and experiences are enhanced based on your personal willingness to succeed. I that that because whether you have a degree or not, the ability to find success, find happiness, make money and make an impact is largely based on YOUR personal grind! If you are persistent, you will know success, if you are quick to be discouraged, then you will know discouragement. I elected my majors/careers based on what I thought were trends and opportunities to lead, to impact change and to assist our communities, both cultural, Veteran, and gender-based mentorships. Again, thanks for your question, sir!
@@cesarquezada5841 I definitely enjoyed your enthusiasm during the video, but I did notice you had the same issue as me, saying “umm”, whenever I’m nervous or thinking too much. Remember a podcast is a conversation between friends really you don’t even have to address the camera. People watch podcasts to not just learn, share and find a community, they also watch to learn more about the people themselves and watch them grow as every show progresses.
This is wonderful Mano! I will share on my LinkedIn page❤️❤️❤️
