Thank you Rabbi for this transmission of wisdom and it makes perfect sense! I had a question: would this work for negative emotions as well? I'm pretty good at detaching from the mental chatter and negative though loops that occur with negative emotions when I'm present enough to do it, such that I can get down to the basic flow of sensation of bad feelings without anything else. I tell myself that I'm grateful for these feelings because they helped my ancestors to survive or something like that and just feel it. It's still uncomfortable but it's pretty useful and helps me to let go of things. Since all energy is connected to all other energy as you say, is it possible to use the energy of negative emotions to connect us to those things we would like to experience if we remain present like this? The idea had listening to this talk is to command the energy I feel into the energy of what I want in the name of Eheyeh, and repeat that silently while reaching for the feeling of gratitude for the transformation. Wow I am always happy to listen to your teachings. Today's topic reminds me of the concept of nothingness. Hashem created the world out of nothing so it only makes sense the reality we revel in is nothing but an illusion its nothing! a product cannot be different from the material its made of nothingness will only birth nothing this is a concept I apply whenever reality seeks to overwhelm me. It quickly restores my confidence and somehow the threatening reality has a way of fizzling away without any effort from me. Thanks Rabbi Abe once again.

Thank you Rabbi Abe. Everything you say is true and it close to home I would love to study the Hebrew language. I was raised Buddhist, and in fact growing up it was a very radical form of Buddhism and with it being cult like religion. It really turned me off. I would look away if someone was religious, but as you said, you can be one person in your 20s and 30s and then another person later in life and I did realize that there are many aspects of the Bible that are true, maybe almost all coincide with real happenings, which was mind blowing for me being raised as Buddhist. I just thought you might like the different perspective of things as I am a Libra and I am very much looking at all sides of everything at all times❤

I struggle to understand why anyone would willingly choose to come into this world. At times, it feels as though God’s nature leans more toward cruelty than goodness. Rabbi, I never consented to being here why am I here? I can only hope to return to the void, the nothingness from which God Himself might have emerged.
