Life changer!
this is amazing. You definitely deserves more recognition. thank you Jeremy.
hey thankyou man this video useful for me
This tool is super old and it needs an update for artists.
Great name and art!
holy shit i think you saved my life, thanks man
I've tried this multiple times with rasterised text. maybe the type I'm using is too big/bulky for this but my brush doesnt seem to take white space between the text into account? Anyone else have a fix for this I basically create a big rectangle block brush that paints a wide black line but nothing else...
Great video - the best I have seen on the rulers. Thank you!
bluring is more better when making it realistic or smoother
this is such a help for my current commission, thank you so much
I have a question, when you shade, do you end up doing a rough guesstimate of where they fall? I have the hardest time trying to figure out light source!
Thank you for this tutorial. I will use this technique today
YOU SAVED MY LIFE
This channel is very under-rated, but If your videos is a little bit shorter, That will make your videos much better.
awesome mate! do you actually speak and write Japanese or do you just google phrases you're after?
Fantastic video, really thorough. You're a great teacher!
OmG!!! Wonderful class!!! I learned a lot!!! Thank you very much !!!
Do you know if you can also use the live paint bucket tool with the brush tool without making gaps in the fills?
Never thought to use the ruler tools like this I always would duplicate vector layers, never thought to copy them down 🤦🏻♀️
Wow great tutorial, what about using pentool? How can I make halftone shadows?
thanks dude
wow good video man. really quick and clear explanations. nice :D
Thanks! It's amazing but I came here hoping I would learn it the traditional way, lol.
damn, this is very usefull, thank you so much sir!
@jeremylord do you generally not rotate the art board while inking?
I like the width tool for the art brushes tip.
I actually find clipstudio ellipse rulers to be astonishingly bad and useless. It doesn`t show the degree of the ellipse, it doesn`t show the minor axis of the ellipse to align it in perspective, so it pretty much has none of the needed functions any ellipse guide has and what you need for technical drawings. Lazy Nezumi is sadly the only answer to that.
THANKYOU
First time saw your channel it's really great tutorials, thank you so much
Nice tut. Please tell me about your line art brush and how they are so smoth and clean?
Cool!!! #ThankYou
Voice is very low
Best Tutor ever!
Can you make a tutorial on how to make this line art? I am trying to draw nice eyes but I am not even close to half your level. Thanks
Yerp, can do - I'm getting my act together and making part 3 of my digital inking series so watch this space! :)
This one what I need, Thanks Sir!
You're welcome!
You can edit the special ellipse easily. Just (object) select it and you can change it's size freely with handles and move it around. It even has an option to move it along it's axis. Really handy. I actually only use this one instead of the single ellipse tool because of this adjustability. Maybe this movie was made with and older version where this was not possible but currently you can. No need to mess with the transform tool.
Thanks! I actually discovered this a couple weeks after posting this video :)
This video deserves way more likes. Excellent!.
hello! just wondering if there is part 3 & part 4 of this? thank you very much!!!
Hey, yeah, I've taken a (long) break but getting back into now so will be posting 3+4 soon :)
@@JeremyLord5000 looking forward to it! many thanx!
Great video! thanks alot!
Super cool video! Cant wait to try this!
Hi, I was wondering if you could explain what canvas size and dpi you use? Every time I ink my drawings, the lines are super pixelated when I zoom in, but yours look very sharp and clear when you zoom in. Am I doing something wrong? For reference, I usually have a canvas size of 3800x4000px with 800-1200dpi.
Hmm, that's quite strange... I usually work from a lower resolution than you do - usually A2 at 300 dpi. You could be using the pencil tool instead of the brush tool? The pencil and brush are under the same icon on your tool bar so it can be easy to mix em up. Otherwise I'm not sure why you'd be getting pixelation at that resolution. :O
Thank you helped a lot
i like your art work what tablet you used..?
Thanks! I use a wacom cintqi 24 pro - sometimes an iPad too but that's much rarer :)
wooow :D !!
you just did the opposite of what i usually do and yet its the same principle, and easier! thanks you so much 😭
Always a million ways to do the same thing in Photoshop! Glad my way could help you! :)
Man.......That's so cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've had this tutorial on repeat. Great info. I've been struggling with ellipses and clip's ways for a while now. Thank you!
