So you played Rogue Squadron 2 for only a couple minutes because the game is known to crash on the first level before the trench run starts and supposedly in later levels as well unless there is a very specific build of Dolphin out that that runs the game perfectly.

I must of been cursed in 1993 i got a job with psygnosis right b4 the merger with sony. A year later i was told 'its not happening' I then got down to the last 2 applicants with another company called bizzare creations who were involved with the game formula 1. I lied on my application , i said i had used photoshop, they asked me to produce a crash helmet and loaded up the software , ha i could see them in the reflection in the monitor as i tried to bluff my way through it. 93 was the so close yet so far year. 😢

The first release of Windows 95 was pure garbage loaded with bugs. The 2nd version of 95 was supposedly better. I waited until 98 to upgrade. Windows 98 was great in it's day.

If you go into your router settings, you can often see a range of local IPs issued by the DHCP server on your router. You can allocate one outside that range, and it will definitely work.

The problem with this is that you need to know what all of this is to create an arcade cabinet like this. I’m looking for just plug and play. And if I need to add or remove games I can just pop in the hard drive or sd card into my pc and do it that way.

The obvious solution in the long run will be to somehow merge an FPGA in to a conventional SBC so the normal processor can handle UI and the FPGA can just do the work of running games.

I have steam deck and batocera sd card. It plays fine as a hand held. But if I want to play it on the dock it won't play on my tv or let me use USB controllers. Please help me

I installed everything on RPI4B, it works relatevely well, but it overheats and then it becomes impossible to play ... Im specially focused on the lightgun games. I wil give it a shot with Retropie .. maybe its lighter than Batocera..

What emulation are you using for virtua cop?

MT-32 ROMs are now Public Domain. So the $350 for an ancient MT-32 is kind of a bogus PoV. There are multiple solutions for using the ROMs with free software these days. This is strictly if you want it with the MiSTer.

Walker 1993 was published by Psygnosis but dev was DMA Design which later became Rockstar North. Both UK based.

Unless you play Space Quest III music than you don't do any justice to the MT-32. This I felt was outstanding when was released. And I had a LAPC1 in my PC basically the same thing. Have just ordered one as I feel I need to hear this again in my Life.
