Just so you know you can use the blind rig to stun Franco when he is vaulting in the ship and that gives you enough time to stuff the 4 drugs you have without him around

Did that what you did with Franco at 05:55 really lock him up there for the rest of the game?? Like if you lock him up in such a certain position (where he can't open doors etc.), will he really not be able to despawn and thus not being a part of the trial?

Hey Kotz, what do you think to the video that just came out of a person doing 175 escalation rounds? The gameplay is pretty bizarre, Its on a channel named "Sebba" would be nice to see a breakdown from you if you think its real.

Tom Salta really outdid himself with this specific OST, it's so unbelievably good (as is the rest of the game's OST but this one specifically has a certain feeling to it that I can't really describe)

I never use hiding spots unless I’m kinda forced to, dark areas and bottles are my friends when I need to unwind so I’ve yet to experience this thankfully. Thank you for the PSA, very helpful!

I experienced this just less than an hour ago after ending an endless trial up to #20, Bambino spawned through elevator and immediately knew where i was hiding, i was totally confused as to how he knew i was there if i hid before the came out the elevator.

Yeah lmao. It kinda sucks that they know your position when they spawn is very annoying and has gotten me killed many times.

I remember experiencing this during Prime Time and people were telling me this is intended. Seems kinda bugged tbh. The proper thing would be to have Prime Asset AI to check hiding spots regularly to encourage moving from spot to spot. Right now its boring as theyll almost never pick you from a hiding spot. Except during Prime Time where I was literally pulled out of every single hiding spot.

Franco will go to your last known location,when you hear him come out of the elevator wait a second then simply move over on the other side of the room or go into a hiding spot in the area worked for me every time he will also randomly shoot his gun at times but nothing much you can do about that other then don’t be behind him

Im running Invisible amp and I was never pulled by Franco when he spawns. Even in Prime Time I was never pulled out thanks to Invisible amp

So does Pusher, and from my experience he's always worked that way. I believe the way it works is: Any enemy that spawns from an elevator periodically will investigate the last known location of the nearest Reagent from the time they spawned. They will then patrol normally until their duration ends. This does not apply to enemies with scripted spawn times and technically imposters who always know where you are. I might be wrong on some of this but its what it feels like from a lot of playing this game. Please tell me if anyone has a conflicting theory.

I noticed Franco will go to the last place you were whenever he spawned in. Nbd if you just move a room over or so. They don’t stick around long either.

I'm surprised that people got confused. Seems like they are not used to this game yet. If I remember correctly, shaman/pusher/gasman used to act like this too. For some reason, every time devs adds npc that get spawned through closet, at first, they know player's location. It was like this in Prime Time too ( it is not working like that anymore) and it's true for Franco variator, for some reason. My guess, devs wanted us to see more of new interactions before it will get "nerfed" idk

I have noticed one interesting thing. Given that Franco emerges from the elevator instead of Pusher, you can hear three beeps before he exits the elevator. Franco will not go specifically towards you, he will go in the direction of the place where you were when the first beep sounded. After which he will approach the place where you were at the moment of the second beep, and so on. If you hear a beep, run.

I guess I've been lucky. I have only been pulled out of a hiding spot once by him. Though I usually only hide after I hear the doors open

I thought I was the only one experiencing this, I thought I was just bad and picked very obvious hiding spots, even though Franco would spawn very far away and I’d pick one out of multiple hiding spots present in that specific area I’m in, he would just so happen to immediately know where I am. Thanks for the heads up

I've always seen it this way: imagine you have an area of 3 rooms. Franco knows you're in the area but doesn't exactly know which room you're in so he's nearby, searching the area. But if you're hiding - which naturally nerfs the enemies in a way because you're more safe - when Franco spawns, he knows the room you're in (out of the 3) but doesn't know your location within that one room. Which leads him (and other Prime Assets in Prime Time) to check the hiding spots. I don't know if that made sense but I think you can picture it in your head quite easily TLDR invisibility is your best friend when you have either the Franco or Prime Time modifier lmao
