If RB want to make Escalation more variety them just need to add NEW gameplay changing variators, but don't change what's already well working. Definitely don't split Ultra into component variators. It’s sucks, that Escalation change came during a period without new content.

I think this will be good. I know its past events we have seen before, but it will give us something to do in trials while they work on the next big update or add a totally brand new event/gamemode. Only thing i would change is take out Bambino and replace it with Prime Time event, except you can have Franco part of the Prime Time event and make it exclusive with all Prime Assets. Unless RB decides to add Prime Time with a new catalog which i wouldn't complain honestly.

I wish the catalogs did come back for people who missed it

After I finish Winter Kills I'll probably play the hell out of Bambino again (Coyle and Franco constantly making fun of each other is hilarious). Countdown, it'll really depend on my mood that day. Toxic Flop? No thank you I already did my time with that with Winter Kills. I'm just hoping the community picks are good (when will Naked and Afraid return from the war?) because if No Rigs is back I'm gonna be annoyed (You can literally play that normally why waste a weekly slot)

the one thing I do not like that they added was the pitcher like he feels like such an annoying addition more than a challenge. He stays much longer than the pusher and his ai path is so random and he just prolongs objectives more than anything and has quick draw molotovs that are stupid.

I'm grasping at straws but with toxic shock coming back with no cosmetics I'm really hoping that means down the line toxic shock could get a major rework. Toxic shock 2.0 could have a catalogue like geister and winter kills, all the old stuff and some new stuff too

I feel like they’re reusing old events because they’re waiting to see when GTA 6 releases, because everyone and their mother will flock to that game when it comes out which is a bad time to release major content

My friend is one of those people who hate on this game for "lack of content" when theres no slop being added. Honestly im just glad the flashback stuff is only gonna be for a month tbh. Idk why they aren't adding event cosmetics back for the newer players that missed the event though. However, they probably will change their mind, because i dont think too many veterans of this game are gonna complain about not getting enough exclusives lol

The mission "execute the attorney" is broken! The game keeps breaking after I get the mannequins no buttons working, no lights NOTHING and it's happened 6 times now, I even re-downloaded the entire game. Red barrels needs to FIX THEIR GAME

Thank you for being honest. As an early access player. I want to say the game really give very very less thing for us. I get it all new player are the important one, but all I want to say is. Imagine, the next year halloween, they only give you 3 pages of catalog for a whole month. I argue about this alot, but all the reaction in the discord server are defending the game, claiming I should play other game in the meantime. If "playing other game" is your best way to support this game? I'm very very sorry, no wonder this game queue time is very long. only 1-2k player online for million sold.

I think people don't know that game content needs time to get done and make it work. They are actually putting so much effort for us. Just wait you guys, let them cook

Honestly it’s not too bad imo. We got some great stuff this year overall. It’s the data breach that messed everything up and i hope they recover quickly and without further issues. I don’t mind replaying these events and weeklys because I find all of them really fun personally and worst case scenario if I get burnt out I’ll just wait for the redacted event and pass the time with some other games until it arrives but that’s just me speaking for myself.

I was typing that this game is half death from day one. Two maps per year ? Really ? Events are the same just reskind. Don't get me wrong i have 52 reborns ans 790 hours in this game. In summer we will see the 3rd map for franko - the bank and probably winter 2026 we gonna see the new prime asset - Whitehorn ( the false patreot ) or someone new around Amelia ( Martha from outlast 2 sort of primeasset ) for now the leaks don' t show too mutch for 2026

I hope RB somehow repeat the weekly "Recent Therapies" and add new MK like it was with "Tilt the Scales of Justice" and "Shutdown the Factory". But still, it will be a very sad time for Trials...

The events that are being reused having no catalogue and collectibled is such a massive missed chance for new players to get the cool stuff they missed. Unless they are adding something new that will bring something exciting to the table, thats what im hoping for.

I feel like a better idea for the old events is making it so if you encounter one of the events in Escalation: Prime Time, Toxic Shock, Countdown. And you beat that trial, then you will get coins for that event to then unlock a special catalog of the event. Making it possible getting all of the event cosmetics at any time by grinding escalation. That's at least my idea.

Even though I stopped playing the game, thank you for putting out content at a steady pace. You’re keeping my interest in this entire franchise alive

The outlast trials is such a story rich and creative masterpiece but it lacks in the live service gameplay aspect which is what the game is designed around so it’s unfortunate af

tbf it's great for newer players. while it does suck for the veteran players the majority of players are gonna benefit so it's not unreasonable to me

If this is really it, I imagine there may be small balancing updates from now to March along with bugfixes, as content requires the entire teams work, but bugfixes and changes to escalation and stuff is just for the coders

While it sucks we won’t get any new MKs in this time frame I did kinda see this coming. They said their production timeline was impacted significantly. So no new MKs this time around is, while disappointing, not too surprising. It usually takes around 4-5 months to get a new trial environment anyway. We survived that period in early access, and that was worse because NOTHING was happening during that time and there was no info on what was to come. It’ll be alright in the end. Maybe there will be some updates to address/improve things during that time frame.

I really liked season 2 and now there will be no content until march, that's so bad, I'm already getting tired of so much reruns and so much of the same stuff over and over again, also, the balance changes take too long to happen

Yeah, the next few months will be rough for Trials, but it makes sense. The delay that the data breach caused probably affected stuff after the season 2 update instead of the season 2 update itself. Its still gonna suck though becuase we got multiple events and stuff through the timespan of Season 1 and 2. Lets just hope second half - last quarter of season 2 with that redacted event is good and we get the actual Amelia stuff like escaping.
