Afternoon Tea Break Loop | #11
Переглядів 55Місяць тому
Going back to the basics with this loop. Just guitar, a looper and off we go. It's nice to sometimes not to overcomplicate things and just plug and play. It does make one more self-aware, or careful. These sort of setups are a great opportunity to fight that "fear" or carefulness. It's really easy to hide mistakes or imperfections behind production, effects, sounds etc. Here - I'm on my own. Yo...
Any idea is worth exploring | Songwriting Diaries ep. 2
Переглядів 27Місяць тому
The main guitar idea came out out of just regular daily noodling a few days ago and I decided to see where it will take me. I didn't overthink or premeditate anything, I wanted to really let the "flow" state to takeover. Whether it was a total state of "flow" or not, I cannot say, but the ideas came from somewhere, no? I recently heard a beautiful thought when it comes to learning instrument an...
You have to start somewhere.. | Songwriting Diaries ep.1
Переглядів 662 місяці тому
"Songwriting Diaries" is series, where I capture and share my creative process in a simple and naturally-paced format. This is a song idea that I was playing around with for a week maybe and had a few main parts recorded in the original demo. Today I am re-recording some of these parts and get a better picture of where the song needs to go. You can follow and support me here: Instagram: instagr...
Seabird - Alessi Brothers | Cover by Ovidius Pine

A simple guitar and vocals arrangement is still something I feel rather hesitant to share. Needless to say, it is truly exposing and my inner critic is always ready to pick on every detail. Lately, I have been trying to change my perspective and instead of focusing on each "mess up" I look at the whole picture and what I am getting out of this experience. I liked the song, heard a variety of ve...

Stream it on Spotify: shorturl.at/N2Sza Up above, With the light of the waking sun, You and I Crawling down where the voices are gone Guess that’s the trail To evade Our pipe dream This chase will rob you away That is the price you pay How do you forgive yourself now? Don’t forget, Charge the world so we keep it alive. Blink no more, We know you more than you ever could. While you won’t care Or...

All my thoughts They finally belong here. I wouldn’t want to trade them For another case. Stick to your Beloved conversation But leave me out of this mess That you have made. Sounds beautiful. Nice work.
@@ThaShikushi thank you for checking in out!
cool song !
@@goredzilla thanks brother!
Is it a whole new album? I hope it's going to be zesty
not yet haha but you're giving me some ideas here!
Real nice playing and tone!
@@TheHifiEnvelope thanks!
Remember you can record hot to tape. It will help drown out the noise
Coincidence landed me on this dude’s profile. What a roll of the dice! Mf is rollin out genuine jams. Vox soaring high enough to need oxygen. Harmonies tucked in underneath, just like a new best friend in a summer camp bunk. Big dawg rippin hard. Keep it churnin’, man!
Subscribed after seeing a tascam 4-track demo vid. Glad I did. Your art is gd tasty, big dawg. Keep churnin’!
This track shreds. Vox fly high, big dawg. Buying one now.
Godly lvl exceeded. You have been picked, just by coincidence, to check for glitches. You are glitchedly good, and may pass. What may we name this “out of this world” sound, Ser?
Evil magic! People coming out from that one single tree!! WHAT is this!? Subscribe to see? I’m sure the truth will baffle you!
Why just now?? *cry* please keep this up. You are skilled. Keep posting and I’d love to see your crowd grow. Why did UA-cam just serve this to me now? I should have heard this 2 years ago! Thumbs up and subscribed! Hope to hear more from you!
Goosebumps! UA-cam algorithm sucks! You should have lots more views, your job should be exactly this, harmonizing our world…
Deserve more views, likes and subs…
Seriously, why no comments here yet?? This is gold! Keep on making sound!
Nice sound, even if it’s not my cup o’ tea. Love to watch the artistic flow and how you work. Very nice to hear you hum to the guitar as you play. Harmonizing sound whilst in that creative zone is a gift from above. Keep it up, and keep spreading this love!
Your voice is sweet man, it has so much potential!
Appreciate this my friend!
I don't know about the XD specifically, but I did own a Superchamp X2, which was the next generation, with the same circuit but a few upgrades. The most important upgrade was a Celestion G10 speaker. I loved the amp and would not have ever sold it but I purchased a '68 Custom Deluxe Reverb Reissue (that also came with a Celestion G12), that I got an incredible deal on. I kept them both for awhile and believe me that in most cases, especially with soft rhythm and jazz, the Superchamp held its own. It didn't break up as nicely as the DRRI and of course could not push the volume as well. I still sometimes wish that I had my little SCX2, kinda like that first car you had that occasionally needed a jump start, but ran so sweet after that for a lot of miles. If you have an XD, I suggest trying out a new speaker. Besides a Celestion greenback, I have also heard and played one with a Ragin' Cajun in it and that was also a cool sound.
Loaded a Ragin' Cajun into my Superchamp x2 and now the amp is monstrous.
Cool
Very smooth 😍well played 👌🏻
Bonjour vous faites comment pour les branchements et les looping merci
Bonjour comment vous procédez pour le branchement des guitares et.faire fonctionner le looper ? Merci
Beautiful performance. The sound is impressive, just like in the old days!
Faina harma!
Dėkui, Dominykai!
How come this song hasn't been successful if it's so good? 😭😭😭
Let's make it happen!
Love the dense harmonies 💚
Beautiful
Thanks for listening!
Why aren't you famous already? This is awesome, keep it up!! :))
Thanks a lot, appreciate it!
cool
Thanks!
Looking forward!!😊 But mate, what happened to your plants?😮
wow epic! what do you mean you don't sing ? you sing real good.
What’s the difference between the x2 and the xd?
Really very little from everything I've seen and heard. Loading an Eminence Ragin' Cajun into either transforms either of them into a monster, though...
Suena genial 🫡
Muchas gracias amigo!
I bought this Portastudio model new in about 2001 or so. Stupidly sold it about 2 years ago. It was in mint condition. Since then I've bought a Tascam 464, Japanese model. I think the 4th channel is dead though. Anyway, wish I never sold the 414. Dumb move. Nice song by the way. Sounds great.
Beautiful as always ❤
This might sound stupid but I’m brand new to midi how are you recording your guitar is it connected directly to the controller?
Merci
Can I do this with the mínilab3 or just the mk??
Very good
*Promosm*
Was the speaker stock?
Yes it was
Thank you. Would you recommend this amp as a good or great practice amp for home use? And would you bother upgrading the speaker? I am curious. Beautiful playing by the way. @@ovidiuspine
@@Where_Have_All_My_Files_Gone both for practice and small pub gigs is perfect! And I would say even bigger gigs as normally you just mic the amp up anyway. I actually got another XD recently, so now have two. In terms of the speaker, I'm not too bothered about changing it, the amp serves my needs as it comes.
I like your demo, but where this amp really shines is fully cranked and hitting the tubes hard. With this wattage fully cranked you get fantastic tones and can still be heard in the band over the drums. Other wattage like 30, or 40 the amps are too loud to fully get the tones out of tubes. Try cranking the volume to 10 with the tone controls and hear the amp sing.
Beautiful!!!!
Really nice. 😊 love the feel.
