Comparing two means example exercise
In this video I present an exercise problem using Student's t test comparing two means.
Step 0: Summarize the problem
Step 1: State the population parameters
Step 2: State the null hypothesis and alternative hypothesis
Step 3: State the level of significance
Step 4: State the statistical test to be used and its assumptions
Step 5: State the test statistic and it distribution under the null hypothesis and calculate the value of the test statistic
Step 6: Calculate the critical value and the p value
Step 7: Write a test conclusion
