When you process the Baccala’ if you eat Crudo or cook it ,keep it in the water in the fridge and change the water twice daily you will love the way it taste! Crudo what will you need Olive oil extra vergine Salt ,pepper , And lemon when you are ready to eat it ! Enjoy

Ingredients 1kilo of flour 00 400 grams of granulated sugar 6 oz of olive oil 4 eggs One pan degli angeli packet One vanilla powder or liquid ( 1 tablespoon if liquid) One packet of ammonia for baking sweets One lemon zest Milk as much is needed Oven 350 Watch the video make the Taralli ! Great for adults or children love to dunk the Taralli in milk! Yummy

What kind of olives do you use . Where are your cherry tomatoes. I grew up with this too and I am going to make it for the first time this year. All of my grandparents came from Italy too. I have been craving this for the past few years.

Ora faccio il nonno al mio unico nipotino. Tuo fratello Enzo so che ha un ristorante di successo in Belgio. Baccala great at christmas time fried. We use to eat this all the time 😊

Baccala’ is cured in salt that’s the reason we leave it in fresh water for two days so the salt comes off the fish!
Those bring back lots of memories best time was at christmas time when I see you make these classic dishs brings me back to a child great job Pasquale 👏

1st plastic container. 2end WAY less salt will be just fine as well. 3rd what’s the plastic around the meat for ? The meat has to be able to ( breathe so do speak) 4 it would be a good way to have a container under the container so the liquid gets out hence use way less salt .
