If you like living in a small backwards town with a church on every street corner and folks stuck in the 1960's then move to Newnan or Sharpsburg . Peachtree City is a little better. Don't even think about trying to find an authentic deli or a REAL bagel because you want find one anywhere near the 3 towns listed. If you want to constantly hear have a blessed day or being asked if you want to join someones church then by all means move there. If you're young and single then stay away.

To expensive, wrong price.

That 1st floor bonus room, I would make that into a sewing/hobby room.

The rain heads in the primary restroom are for people who don't mind getting their hair wet every time they shower and the hand held sprayers are not a great back up choice either.

I pay $450 per month in The Bronx for 2024 and 2014 suvs

Fayetteville is definitely a beautiful and heavily diverse area with relatively low crime rates.

Also, they placed in windows that open too high up on the walls where you can't reach them... why not save a bit and get the kind that don't open... I would need to change the layout of the home, bury those power lines within the earth for 1M a piece, change the flooring, landscaping... make a real Farm/Ranch... build up the front of the home's land...make it look NICE, put in an elevator...got the room for it, and master got to go downstairs with no bedrooms above it or next to it. Its not a terrible home it just doesn't suite my taste as is... I can see it selling for around 700K to 800K...if all that land belongs to it. I guess they placed those windows in for the owner to place in more rooms if they wanted... for easier expansion without having to take out windows.

No basement for this house. Always sad when it's not a lower level from the ground floor. Coffered ceiling stylish upgrade only for the dining room. Good size walk in closets in the bedrooms. Bungalow and only one floor. It is not for those who need an upper floor. 2-stall side entrance garage adequate to have good.

beautiful but the powerlines I'm not sure about.

You really have to know about the crime... Most of it happens in lower economic neighborhoods... Not in areas where house cost $350 and above.. yet, in the more expensive neighborhoods the crimes are related to family domestic... Child custody issues, wealthy people arrested for cocaine or, trafficking drugs.. ( you will not see hood rats in those high economic neighborhoods).. just millionaires doing illegal stuff making more millions.. which can lead to a federal raid of a mansion... So is it safe to live in Newnan? answer yes.. just keep your head on a swivel.. remember you're looking at the Bible belt.. people are more friendly and cordial....
