Sian Ka'an national Park is bigger . The train is amazing in the way how it destroy the water in the cenote, oxidation, cement in the water. Very healthy for natural, animal and human, right!!😢 The beach in Mexico is not private, Bit with this shit it is now. The locals have no way to get to the beach for free, Tulum take away everything from the locals.😢 I wanna bring my client back to there Hotel yesterday. And the guys from the park didn't let us all pass , just the client from the hotel Alito there because they have the bracelet from the park. But me because I'm not a federal tour guide and have no license for that hade to go out and walk out with the rest of my client. The rest of my client have no bracelet because they have there hotel in playa del Carmen and just sit in the Van. Can someone explain me why they should pay a bracelet if they just sit in the Van??? And me ?? I just bring them back to the hotel and leave again. It was at 5pm. My people were so mad and say they will public that sh..... We can not bring people back to there hotels ore get them in the morning. Tulum and the park is just to make Money out of everything. You just wanna go to the beach but you have to pass now this park and need to pay even if you just go to the beach. Is sad . Tulum was really good before the pandemic. Hotel zone a american coffee 8 usd in Mexico that's insane, and I hear that from a client from the USA. A lot of location are closed in the Hotel zone because is so expansive and a taxi from there to the center 500 to a 600 peso. That crazy. Just sad what the all destroy bust for that train an the money. I'm a guide and go a lot in cenotes. Some cave are not save anymore and you can not visit them anymore. They will collapse with the train, the stalactites are falling of already. 😢😢😢😢

Cualquier, construcción, por pequeña que sea, es una devastación para la sona, es lo mismo que cuando te aparece un grano en La piel,😮 todo mundo, alaba, a los trenes de otros países,asetuan con exageración al tren maya, pero poco hablan de las maneras a cielo abierto,esa si es devastación,y son propiedad, de extranjeros,,😡

Hay por favor, le llaman reserva a la privatizacion de las playas. Esas playas eran publicas, limpias y virgenes. Ahora pagas por entrar, por estacionamiento, hasta por agua, porque te la quitan en la entrada. Y esta lleno de negocios toda la orilla, ni te dejan ver el mar. Como me dueles mexico.

PARQUE DEL JAGUAR, supongo que tendrá un hábitat para la conservación del mismisimo JAGUAR o nomás usarán su nombre, sería increíble poder ver algunos jugando, también un aviario sería genial. Ojalá se cuide y conserve, no tiren basura no vendedores ambulantes por favor.

Bacalar is one of the best places for real estate and it has so much opportunity and potential just,Ike Tulum and once Tulum dosnt have more space or something new is needed Bacalar will be there not far from the best beaches in the Mayan Rivera in Tulum and Si’aan Ka’an biosphere reserve with ruins south of Bacalar and north of Bacalar and crystal clear lagoons with jungle and green space and many space to build all it needs is its own town like Tulum s growing town right now and much more roads and some entertainment like the new club trends in Tulum that instead of a concrete jungle it’s a open holistic club with a shaman like vibe and it needs cafes and things like that ti attract what Tulum is attracting right now, the digital nomads. It also needs more homes and projects and some nice green restaurants and it’s own community. But it’s nice that there isn’t anything there as well because it’s preserving its historical view and if people start to go there like Tulum it’s not a beach it’s a lagoon making it much more sensitive to garbage and overuse and it’s clarity will go away and it can easily become polluted as well as the jungle and nature around it.
