Many people go for how aesthetically attractive a pistol can be, I have several pistols and I can assure you that the M18 is one, if not the best that shoots. The only thing it has in my opinion is the Grip that replacing it with a Wilson Combat is perfect.

The Credo 1-8 is good but the reason nobody talks about it is because there are better options in the same price bracket including the PLX-C which is one of the very best LPVOs at any price but its certainly top 3 within the $1,000-$2,000 price range. The Credo's are actually made in the same factory that makes the PLX-C(and the Vortex Razer as well as the Eotech Vudu). The size and weight of the PLX-C is nice but the reticle and glass are what really sets it apart for me. The 1x is so flat its incredible and the reticle is very well designed such that you simply do not need illumination at all to use the 1x quickly. The only downside is that its a little busy on the 8x but totally usable. I put mine on a 12.5" Geissele build and was hitting 6" plates at 500m with it so its definitely capable. I do understand why someone might go with the Credo. No denying that Trijicon has a very good reputation in the community. But imo their reticles are all very dated although the new 1-10 Credo does have a christmas tree type reticle.

This is a really old model…We are up to the m17-m18x realistically all the 320s are the same man really comes down to grip module you want for your hand. Informative vid nonetheless.

as a lefty i thought i was a necessity to have the slide stop/slide release on both sides. HOWEVER, after falling in love with 1911s, I realized you can be just as fast with a non ambi slide stop. I just use my index finger to send it home and it feels natural and fast. My P365 doesnt have it on the other side and I still love the pistol. My custom build out glock has an ambi safety and I ride it all the time, leading to the gun not locking back on last round. I think CZs are the best pistols for lefties bc how big that slide stop is. The ergonomics on a P-01 feels amazing.

Thanks... good to know info. Especially that Recoil Spring nugget. I have the new spring but to be safe adding another to the Spares Kit. The WilsonCombat grip module is the best imo. Dumped the Original grip immediately. Looking to get a Full size WilsonCombat grip when the Comp comes in so it has that flush look.... I predict the M18 will be 226 reputable in the Years to come

I can’t pull the trigger on a LPVO. It seems like they’re all good and they’re all bad at the same time. I was thinking about getting a 4 dot BDC eotech with a 5 mag magnifier. Should I do that, which will still being 1,500$ or go straight LPVO?

Looking at the condition of the slide/barrel, there is no way that firearm has 10,000 rounds through it. Fraud.

After 10,000rds Broken down, have you noticed any wear issues or any functional issues? How about the trigger? I dont recall you mentioning this?

I carry a sig p320 for work. It’s a good weapon system.

Aero isn't poverty it is in mid tier. Also if you buy aero or BA you need to go back and check the torque and locktite etc on everything.

B5 sop mod and a bcm mod 3 grip is the way.

Great review. I find your content to be informative, concise, and entertaining. There will be random times throughout the day where I draw and say "What are you doing step sister?" or "What do you mean my card was declined?" LMAO. I love the P320 and M18. Also to help with the LCI hole throwing carbon on the red dot window I picked up a LCI delete plug from Lurch Manufacturing. I am still testing it out but so far it has significantly helped reduce the amount of crap on the window up for sure.

All though I do agree that LPVOs are a conglomeration of compromises, there are FFP LPVOs with daylight bright reticles, most notably the Nightforce NX8 and ATACR.
