But for the sake of answering your question: you’ll want to mask off any optics, the magwell, and trigger. Barrel is dealers choice but imo it looks like shit if you paint it. Regarding masking off the barrel: It won’t burn off exactly, it’ll turn some ugly ass unsaturated pink color. I’ve seen it happen to people who paint their suppressors. Barrels to a lessor degree but you can just shove a piece of paper in there to keep paint from getting on it.
