Short Summary:
The COP29 climate summit in Baku extended beyond its deadline due to unresolved disagreements, particularly on setting a new global climate finance target. Wealthy nations proposed raising the climate finance figure to $300 billion, falling significantly short of the $1 trillion needed annually by 2030. The gap highlights a disconnect between the financial contributions of developed nations and the actual needs of vulnerable countries like Pakistan, which alone faces a $348 billion funding shortfall by 2030. Furthermore, debates on responsibility for emissions, coupled with political uncertainty from Donald Trump’s recent election, overshadowed the summit. Despite Pakistan’s efforts to advocate for grants and launch national climate initiatives, accessing funds remains hindered by bureaucratic challenges. Ultimately, the summit's progress underscores the urgent need for equitable and actionable climate finance solutions.

I knew someone who culled the applications for her company during the hiring process. While going over the resumes, if she (and it was a woman) came across a resume of anyone with a gender studies degree, it would immediately be placed in the "do not contact" pile. She told me that gender studies students always had a chip on their shoulder, disliked men as a whole and seldom worked well with others. They almost always filed some form of discrimination suit after they left the company as well, likely taught to do so in college. True story.
Seems like a wasted amount of time when it’s really there’s only male and female and that’s it worldwide that’s all you get male or female that’s it.
Happy new year's, God bless you and your family.
Same to you! ❤️
Please make more Vedios on it
