I snapped a timing belt on my daily driver Geo Metro! I had one sitting on the shelf so I just went for it to see if it could be saved.

Must be nice to be a white Financially independent bigot above the law trump supporting democrat hating republican …. VOTE BLUE IN NOVEMBER…🇺🇸
I can't believe I made it to the bloopers LOL
I’m not laughing I’m Not laughing 😂
Nice to meet you today buddy (Riley with the grey G8)
It was awesome racing with you, man. How did you do?
@@evilracingandoff-road the black 6th Gen I ran had to have beat me by a .0xx margin, couldn’t tell who won till we got the slips. Back at hotel now heading north in a few hours. Hopefully run into you next year👍
@@Joe_Dirt_Racing I’ll be there. Have a safe trip home.
@@evilracingandoff-road yessir thanks y’all too. How’d 19” class go?
@@Joe_Dirt_Racing got eliminated in the semifinals but won $100.
Awesome patina
What solenoid did you use for the power? Thanks.
I still haven’t done it since we don’t have the aux switches but you can use the Stinger SGP35.
Lmao
This pleases the short one who must be pleased. She giggled. The smog thing was from it's last California smog check.
You got a project on your hands for sure my friend. Keep posting. I think this will be a interesting journey for you
It's so illegal not to keep filming the police looking for ya.
That's my favorite Satellite! I had a 68 and loved it. Not a Road Runner so it was easy to decide whatever I wanted to do to it. I have a 69 dart that was converted from a small block to a 440. Picked it up with manual disc brakes, tubular arms and manual Mustang style steering. I think it was a street strip can back in its day. Sorting it out so I can cruise and do a little strip racing. Keep posting and I'll keep watching.
That's awesome. If you are posting your progress online I'd like to see it. I am uploading a new video right now even though I wasn't able to get much done this week.
That's actually a very cool car. I just got given an '88 AHB Gran Fury and picked up a '69 Swinger (with a '68 Road Runner powertrain swap done by the original owner in '78-'79) out of West Texas last Spring. I prefer the non- "Special" cars because you can upgrade, restomod, and/or clone to your liking as well as less stress or worry in driving & enjoying
I’m definitely changing the grill and putting on some nice wheels but probably keeping everything else original.
@@evilracingandoff-road- I'm converting my Swinger to 5-speed, 11.75" rotor swap with the '73-up K-member, 1 1/4" sway bar up front with 7/8" in rear, US Car Tool "Full meal deal" except rocker panel reinforcement, rear discs, cop steering box...it'll look fairly stock, but much safer & comfortable.
@@olikat8 I’m thinking about doing the chassis reinforcement as well but going to have to replace floors and trunk pan first before pulling that trigger.
@@evilracingandoff-road Understandable- we put the old girl on a jig as well to make sure she was straight, too...
I must say that the new broncos are quite impressive off road.
They are way more capable than I expected
Hey, I know that car. :D
GOOD SAVE
Did you need to cut the factory tow hooks to install this?
Well done y'all. This is great. Hats off to all "the idiots" following Dustin. LOL
*Promo SM* 🤦
Looks amazing.
Unfortunate about your alternators. Poor design. I fried mine last under a similar situation
It works the same as a sticker but unlike stickers where they give 5 horse power each sticker this gives you 20
lol we didn’t see any bears tho!
Come hang out with us and you will apparently, lol. We got several visits
@@evilracingandoff-road wild! lol my wife asked about Bears when we were there too! 🫣
🤘🤘 Windrock is so rad! Even with break-age!
Feller likes what a feller just kept from the scrap yard.
👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 my poor alternator
I’m installing this same exact bumper. One thing we agree on is the instructions need to be updated. Do you have a video of the install?
I didn’t think to record it at the time but I’d be happy to answer questions
Congrats on y’all’s first year! 🤘 🍻 to many more!
Can never have enough protection… but keeping those mud free will be fun lol I think all work on new broncos REQUIRES a beer… or you may loose your mind lol
Agreed, usually multiple beers
Ooooo I may have to get these. Thanks for inspiring another Bronco mod 🤪
Get the DV8. I’m going to make a comparison video to explain why
thats badass
Cool video and 500 members, also cool. Glad to see you guys having a good time in TN.
Great informative video. Do you think an additional pair of 3” pod lights could be installed in the lower center openings? Or, maybe even shorter pods like 4Bangers. Basically, on the sides of where the ACC would go.
Might be room for that. I can’t say if it would interfere with the sensor or not (we don’t have ACC). Might restrict some airflow to the intercooler but probably won’t make much difference there. We plan on adding lights to the intended spots.
how strong is the bumper? have you had to use the winch yet? i have a dv8 bumper that has horrible flex and looking to replace it.
I haven’t had to use the winch yet but I did hit a tree pretty hard while cresting a hill. I haven’t noticed any flex. One issue we have that I hadn’t noticed yet when I made the video is that the winch plate collects water and mud a lot. I’m going to drill some holes to stop that. I’m surprised to hear that the DV8 is like that, their stuff is usually pretty stout.
@@evilracingandoff-road yeah the dv8 bumper flexes enough that it makes contact on that painted plastic trim under the grill and pops it out in the corners.
😂😂😂😂😂
A rare thing indeed... Nature never ceases to amaze and awe...
What trail # had the mud?

Yeah buddy
Man, those ruts give no wiggle room! Great video!
Dude thinks he’s Loren Healy lol
yeah he does
It’s a lease.
Nope, he bought it
How much valuable resources are blown away every weekend by cowboys showing off? Don't they know children go to bed hungry every night in the USA?
You must be a lot of fun at parties
Actually, this is our guilty pleasure. I started a process to help children and families in our area. If you want to help the children, my work is done through mission possible: build a family. (Formerly mission possible: secret santa) I use mission possible to allow others to help. My heart is with the children. My fun is Broncos!
Awesome Bronco
Thank you. It's a blast!
My neck is good, but shoulders were sore.
I thought he was saying I’m gay😂😂
Might have fit the scenario, lol
