This is where I'll be placing videos of my Doom mods or some other miscellaneous gaming stuff or whatever.
My map for the RAMP 2024 community map project - Operation K.I.S.S.
This is the map I made for the RAMP 2024 community map project. It is MAP71. The map is called Operation K.I.S.S. I gave it that title because my previous attempts at making a map for this was overly complicated so I scrapped the previous maps and decided to keep it simple (stupid). This actually took me a single day to finish making the map, believe it or not. It was made in Ultimate Doom Builder under Boom Doom (Doom 2) format. The level is supposed to take place in some loading dock next to the ocean. There's a small warehouse, a mess hall, some lockers and showers, a weapons storage room, a briefing room and the loading dock boss's office. You'll need to kill the boss to get the key to unlock the control room to unlock the exit gate and loading ramp to get on to the boat.
The video is slightly outdated now. I made a few changes to the map. I added in some more minor details here and there throughout the level, updated the RAMPSHOT image and added an extra step in the control room so you can observe the gates opening up more easily when you hit the buttons.

I REALLY like the Dr. Light Lab/House at 1:15 how the size of the sprite stayed the same as form the Mega Man 10 intro cutscene, though now with the other half of the house drawn. In Mega Man 10 intro, the left side of it was cut off. Great job to whoever drew the other side. Or if that side was somehow also included in some MM10 sprite dump, just cut off screen, It's still pretty amazing.

Looking back at this, god damn. This mod improved so much! I remembered back when i was a kid i was SUPER obsessed with this mod, even making some (pretty cringe) comments on some videos back then. Looking back at those past comments, it was kinda weird for me lmao. Kinda wished you kept working on this mod though.
I still can't believe this video is 14 years old. Looking back at this video and the last Lizard Squad video, so much had changed. Pretty wild stuff.

@@windilodo2243 If you find The Exterminator mod (light version) on the idgames archives, that's basically the really old version of Lizard Squad before its name change. That one doesn't have all of the weapons or any of the new enemies or vehicles in the latest version. As for the red eyes sprites, I think that's just supposed to be angry berserk eyes.

What rule made it so that the SMB3 section was not allowed?
I checked the rules again and there was a section that mentioned stages that blatantly stated who the author was would have their level modified to hide their identity for the judging phase. I could have sworn that also meant you would either be disqualified for that or at the very least, get the scores for your level heavily penalized for it. Anyways, getting rid of that section was ultimately for the best.

Instead Pikachu as Hitler it has to be Mewtwo.
My rationale was Ash's Pikachu specifically was the true mastermind of his evil Pokemon Army rising up to try and take over the world. He is the flagship mascot of the Pokemon franchise after all lol.

fuck, this mod is awesome
Ayy! I played the mod and it was great but I have some complaints when I use the TDBots MK2. The bots only focused on single click (auto fire) on targets but they stopped shooting while they're on target, especially when after they hop aboard on a SV-001 tank (Metal Slug tank) and also, they couldn't reload automatically. Could you fix this or make another one, optimized for TDBots MK2? Forgive my suggestions. Awesome mod by the way, hope you got a pleasant time
I can't really guarantee any compatibility of Lizard Squad with any other mods since I never had compatibility with other mods in mind when I first started making my mod.

That was a best great mod and I'll give it just a 9/10. I have sum suggestions if you're interested and have some spare time for future updates. - Make him hold the Super shotgun secretly (with a small spawn rate) - When Nazis died, there's a chance for an MP40 to drop. - Shield Boomerang and Z-Knuckle must be added - The Buster Pistol's aim is too much on the left though - Advance taunts would be nice (just like Brutal Doom) - Some player sprites would be nice in case I want to play it with chasecam on/third person view.
