i have. the only issue i ran into was when the game wanted to update files and required Gigs of available space to merge the patch. which seems ridiculous because the update wasnt adding that damn much information. you havin trouble my g? i would hit the devs up in discord

i realized this was for the steam deck. since the update i havent been able to play completely. the update has removed a DLL file. I was able to verify files. and then i switched to proton 9. but the lag is crazy. ping goes up to 300. unplayable. proton 7 and 8 are missing the DLL. im gonna try to uninstall the whole game and reinstall next

@@carloscantoran209 so after a lot of testing; reinstalling it doesn’t nothing.BUT I changed the compatibility to using proton experimental. Technically it works. But it’s not as smooth as 7 was. Hopefully they have some patch fixes.

@@Doubl0fashoseems to runs smoother with GE-Proton9-14 but everything is dark. Not sure if you encountered this issue. If you did were you able to fix it?

@@AliceyloN personally I need to test it. I would say try closing down the game again and restart. Otherwise another person said try turning off steam input. Definitely will give this a go today

@@ejdale8472 hopefully they implement that quickly. When I was on my steam deck I had to change the inputs before the controller support update.

@Doubl0fasho no they dont allow changing it says on the controller support as well. Thats why i wnna figure put how to enable steam input

@@ejdale8472 just looked into changing the input on steam. Would be a terrible idea since it would be a general change instead being able to see which button for which action specifically

been trying controller support on my steam deck and maaaaaaaaaaan ive been loving it. messing with the sensitivity but thats a work in progress. not sure if aim assist works or not but thats for the future.

@@mie5765 personally know. I’m not sure they developers even thought about it. More like “get them controller support! Now!” lol. We just gotta keep giving them feedback.

what controller are you using? from what comments come to mind i remember hearing people say that in game there might be a controller setting. im not super sure since i still use keyboard n mouse. but check though out and let me know. ill do what i can to help.

@@Doubl0fasho yeah man like you said in your video I also use a wired Xbox controller. I've switched the settings in game from default to mainstream shooter to see if anything happened and nothing. I've have enabled and disabled the steam controller in the steam settings and nothing happens. Idk I feel like I'm just one of those guys that when a new update gets dropped some people are just left behind for a while. I'm sure in a month or so it will be right. This dev teams seems to give a shit about not only their game but the people playing which is super refreshing alone. The biggest reason why I wanted the controller to work is so I could stream it on my backbone. But hopefully by the time the mobile version comes out controller input will be sound. Until then it's mouse and keyboard

@@BB-dr2zs I hope it’s just a fluke my g. Hopefully sorts itself out soon. Otherwise try using a different port for your controller. Mine does work well on the back of the pc so I plug mine on the front

@@Doubl0fasho hey man if you want more content I figured it out. And I figured it out by reading the post about another game with the same problem. Going to the controller settings and like for me it was saying some community layout, change that to the gamepad. And it will work... Will also work for champions online too if anybody still plays it lol I just downloaded it for nostalgia thing

have to made sure steam recognizes your controller before playing? not sure how the devs have it set up but seems like some people are having trouble and others not. definitely would try on the steam side first and hopefully they get it together sooner rather than later

@@Doubl0fasho hey today's update fixed it, I don't have to use the steam input anymore, game recognizes it and changed the UI to the correct xbox buttons if you're curious

i changed some things to low but kept the overall settings and SFX on Medium and it looked decent. im more so wondering what the game is like in combat and not just possible cutscenes. but we shall see.

i plugged mine in my pc before i turned the game on. are you using a 3rd party controller? wireless? also is there any way to check in the menu with kbnm and then mess with the controller. maybe to recognize the switch or that both are active. otherwise i would say try and different usb port. i use the front of my case

i figured it out! i discovered in order to have your xbox controller to work you have to dislabe it on steam. make sure everything for controller is turned off in setting for controller. then u login to game and it will works.

@@mikaltsk I definitely agree that it’s shaky. They need to smooth it out just like when you use the mouse. I tried messing with horizontal sensitivity but it needs more testing. So far I increased it to 100 but maybe higher. Great start but there’s definitely work to be done.

@@mikaltsk if you want to call your vehicle hold left bumper, you will get, I guess deviant menu, look below you will see A,X,B is assigned as function and else. Bring up function menu ,there will be camera, vehicle, torch and else.

@@Soul_Reaper_L4 is there a way to reset it? I would recommend reporting it to the asap and describe what’s happening. Hopefully they can pop out a hot fix.

Steam deck works too however the developers said make a report if your controller isn’t registering
