Sinuglaw (Sinugba + Kinilaw).... Farm Edition
Today we make Sinuglaw. A combination of two favourites, Sinugba and Kinilaw. Not very popular in my hometown of Cebu. But much more popular in the Mindanao region. Which leaves me wondering. WHY NOT??? Its the bees knees.
