I agree. Critics can get so into critic mode that they might forget what fun feels like. I've liked quite a lot of games that got at least somewhat panned by critics. People should give games a try themselves to see if they even agree with reviews. Terminator and Dino Stalker are the ones that looked most fun to me.

To be honest the hate the terminator 3 game is mostly justified it doesn't help that the movie was not very good & this game is made by the people that made fugitive hunter the worst first person shooter on ps2

Beat down is basically capcom version of river city ransom which is not a bad thing definitely a better game than final fight streetwise

Awwww, you just limited yourself to PS2/XBox? Was hoping you'd bring up Rising Storm 2: Vietnam. It's multiplayer centered, granted, but holy sheep does it get the Vietnam feel down right. Namely, the tense quiet with only some squad chatter then things going crazy in a heartbeat with death coming from virtually anywhere, usually unseen.

I remember the first time I heard of Serpentor was the comic book commercial as well. Not long after that my mom got me the figure along with the issue of the comic book at Child World (anyone remember that store???) and while I've always been a Cobra Commander fan and he will be my favorite I thought Serpentor was pretty cool, until the version of him that appeared in the animated series, then I had more than enough. I too was thrilled when they got rid of him in the comic and was even more ecstatic when he was turned into an iguana by Cobra Commander. Great video, sorry I'm late to the party, just saw this in my feed for the first time.

Have you played Apocalypse? It plays kinda like One, but it stars Bruce Willis breaking out of space prison then has to go stop the four horsemen from ending the world. It's pretty wild!

I was originally like is that The Rock in SpyHunter? when I saw the cover art, sure enough it was... except he looks like Nico Bellic from behind. That face reveal was like the chef's kiss, wow. I gotta say I recognized some of his wrestling moves even 25 years later so they at least nailed that. Dino Stalker, yeah I totally forgot that existed. I wouldn't mind tracking down a copy of that one though. I was a big light gun fan back in the day, I still have Vampire Night and Resident Evil Dead Aim but I'd gladly welcome this or the Time Crisis games to the collection even if it does suck. You should invest in a GunCon2 if you're serious, it is a phenomenal light gun and probably the best I can think of to be honest. My copy of Vampire Night was a big box with the GC2 included, and I know I got a second one at some point maybe loose. I'm not quite sure what you're trying to do with that title though, you seem to be reinforcing the critic's opinions with your own takes on these mostly shitty games.

The reason you never saw the spy hunter movie is because it doesn’t exist. It was canceled prior to production. This game is all that remains of that planned film.

Fun fact the spy hunter film was never actually made and the last update was i. 2016 i think and at one point john woo eas set to direct which could have been freaking awesome!

How does it compare to Nine Sols in Difficulty?

I played the hell out of it and really enjoyed it especially the multiplayer. BUT the game fully deserved the negative reviews because of the blatant bait and switch gearbox software did with the pre release footage and the final game.

Great start with BG&E; that's one I always hope more check out. I've been curious about the Darkness games. I often hear people not liking the NES Max controller, but I don't know, I always thought it was pretty nifty and comfy with those grips. Nice Atari pickups, very cool man! Heh, well said; retro gaming prices being so nuts DOES feel like a rich man's hobby anymore.
