Killer piece. Great job tuning it up as well!! Thanks for sharing this one with us!!
Thanks Big J!
Man, you brought that right back to life! Nice job! Looks great!
Thank you 🙏🏻
Another amazing Texas Jack! They have some stong pulls in those early days! Same bone as my 74! Love it!
I’m very happy with it! Thanks for watching
Yea man that has to be my next case xx knife pattern the or the panorama large trapper awesome video and congrats on 1k subs !!
Man you did a great clean up job I love that red bone
Thanks brother E! Come on!
it looks to me like a counterfeit, I have seen some that even experts could not tell apart from the real deal. that is a big problem when you get into high value knives 30 40 percent of them are copies made in china and shipped to American companies then the American companies sale them as the real deal to save money, that is why I stoped buying high end knives, hard to sale as well because no one knows if they are fake or real, and the piece of paper they come with stating they are real is worthless, there is a lot of greed in the high end knife market, trust me.i don't know if it is just me but the quality of American knives have went down, most of these companies are staying afloat by their name.
Great content my friend, love the Case knives!!!
Congratulations on breaking the 1k mark!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
@@BaxtersBlades Thank you!
That's an absolutely awesome Texas Jack! I was lucky enough to find one from 1974 the year I was born! The pen blade on mine is a 10-pull. Almost impossible to open. fantastic pattern that I wish they would bring back.
@@BaxtersBlades it’s one of my favorites!
Rad. Long pull is my favorite.

@@bigjsknives Thanks for stopping by Big J!
Great Jack knife! Hey we’re the same age, you still active on IG? What’s your name on there?
Good luck knife you got there BIG B
@@Theknifenutbige COME ON!
Glad the return worked out and they took care of you, you needed to expect perfection from that purchase. Man, you do have some great pieces on the table there!! USA Steel all the way, only way to do it!!
I appreciate that! 🇺🇸
Too many of the same knives
Case only puts out junk knifes now . The most I will spend on a case now is $100 no matter what it is .
What size slip has worked out best for you and the 32?

@OnTheEdge72 👍👌
Thanks for the video. I also prefer to buy American knives. I've bought a few imports, including an Italian knife, but I like to buy American. I've got a few Case knives, and am growing the collection. Cheers!
Thanks for watching and commenting! 🇺🇸
That green gifted Case 💥!
Yeah it’s nice!
I agree 100% those are minor defects but at that Price point no way. Not worth it. Thats a $135 knife now. Thanks for sharing this.
Thanks for watching, I appreciate the feedback!
Subbed!!
Subbed back!
I have a couple crappy case knives that I use. Nothing lines up on them but they were free. I keep them sharp and don't care how they end up.
Our wire EDM machine at work has got to be thirty years old. We rarely use it anymore except to cut castings apart to check for occasional holes in them while we are experimenting a new part in die casting.
Wow 30 years! That thing has been workhorse I’m sure
Any chance you would sell that fix blade? My dad has one with a sheath that has gutted more deer than you could imagine. Would absolutely love love love to get another one in the family.
Case never recovered fro their "collectable days" when they Madde so called commemorative knives for everything from Elvis to John Deer tractors and country western stars. They became the beanie baby knife makers. Case succeeded in making a joke out of themselves.
Return it
Awesome video man
COME ON!
Nice video and great knives, they look very good👍
Thank you!
@@OnTheEdge72 🙂
Great videos 😮and great case collection! Glad you got your refund on that Bill Ruple knife too. And yes you are right about the T.B. Standing for Tony Bose. Love the Copperlock! The Copperlock is a first production year of ‘97. Also, good on you for buying American, I’m the same way
Thank you good Sir! 🇺🇸
Great video!!!!
Thanks Terry!
Nice one man
Thanks 🔥
It's disappointing. In fact, it was disappointing when Case, a few years back, created their special line of premium knives, conceding (to my mind at least) that their standard production failed to meet their much-advertised quality claims. This proves that their Fit/Finish and Quality Control has problems, and that those problems are endemic to the company. Ultimately, Case will only solve this problem with a change in culture. This means a guy looking at every knife before it goes out of the factory door, a guy who understands what quality is about. It means a guy who isn't afraid to throw a faulty knife back at its maker with a reminder about the terms of their contract. It means having more respect for your customers. It is such a shame because, like you, I want to see good products from Case - they can certainly make a great knife when they want to. Here in the UK it is seldom possible to see a knife before you buy it, and I've sent back 4 in every 5 Case knives for failing to meet basic standards. Compare this to fewer than 1 in 20 GEC knives.
Congratulations on 1K brother
@@Theknifenutbige thanks Big E! It feels good 😊

@@bigfish7334 thank you!
For that kind of money it needs to be perfect.
Just Subbed a few days ago. Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🤙⚔️
I appreciate the sub! Hope your turkey day was good!
For $539USD that's utterly unacceptable mate, for perspective that's around $830Aud, & I can tell you if I saw day light on a knife that was nearly a thousand dollars here in Australia, IT WOULD be going back. Fact is that if some of the cheaper knife companies can offer the kind of fit & finish that they offer, & deliver on & THEY DO, then these bigger companies haven't got a leg to stand on, I understand your disappointment mate, truthfully, I would be disappointed too! Fact I'm sitting here with my morning coffee looking down at my selection of available knives for edc today & not 50cms away from my right hand is a traditional buck slip joint trapper with PHENOMINAL fit & finish & it cost me $70Aud & is perfect in every way, point is that when you're paying $70.00 & getting a knife with phenomenal action & fit n finish, then someone else is frustratingly paying $539Usd OR $830Aud & disappointingly receiving a big brand knife with truly substandard fit n finish there's something very, very wrong. I would be sending it back or better still taking it back in person & respectfully letting them know it's just not acceptable, because its bloody not!!! It's what happens when companies get big, they start worrying more about annual profits & less & less about customer satisfaction, & before you know it....BOOM here we are!!!
@@Philippians--vz1mi lol preach on brother! It was immediately returned and fully refunded!

Totally agree with your decision and great eye catching those issues. For that $$ you gotta expect perfection and is a shame that isn't what you got.
