I thought I was controlling everything in my life.. knowing the deep secrets and spiritually stunning star, bad ass.. Till everything darkened.. I feel so scared, lonely and kind a I don’t know anyone in my family or even friends like before.. I just want to go home.. My body, emotions and thoughts are so strange for me.. How they can’t see the dangerous contract that we have made??!!

I once read a quote, "Only dead fish go with the flow." It's so true, Vanessa. I have a suggestion: can you talk about narcissistic abuse? Even though we strive to be spiritual and calm, narcissistic relationships can destroy everything. Trying to find peace and acceptance while realizing narcissists will never change is draining. The anger caused by their guiltless, unfair treatment is peace-killing. It's unbelievable how they can be like pure demons in human clothing. Usual relationship breakups are understandable; we can see our partner's flaws and empathize with their reasons, turning those experiences into bittersweet memories. Narcissistic relationships, however, are nightmares. Narcissists are truly walking evil. Even though I believe everyone is born good, genetics and the environment can lead some people down unhealthy paths. I can't help but rage against narcissists. I can't accept them as human at all. These relationships are like a Great Wall standing between people and the truth of life and peace. It’s usually the narcissistic abuse that destroys the hope and will in people. That’s what leads them to lean on nihilism, or any random philosophy that touches no soul but mind and intellect. It's frustrating that narcissists often seem to evade karma and continue their harmful behaviors unchecked. Even their self-hate pales in comparison to the pain they inflict on others. Sometimes I think narcissists are walking proof of how horribly unfair and random life is. Both good and narcissistic people experience joy and pain, but it often feels like the good suffer more. This disrupts the inner balance we strive to maintain in our souls and minds. I believe many in our community will relate to this topic. Narcissistic abuse is a significant barrier to finding peace and truth in life. How can we make, keep, and protect the peace within ourselves while seeing and experiencing the total chaotic unfairness of narcissistic abuse? How can we tackle narcissistic abuse spiritually? Should we expect their karma to happen, or should we forgive them and accept the fact that it's possible for narcissists to never get their karma?

I experience the same. I am in this void, and I am kind of confused, lost. So much uncertainty but I am learning to lean on myself and the divine. I would love to share my experience but too exhausted to even cook. I lost my appetite and I know but don’t know what is going on.
