Magic diversity is valuable because you can find and start leveraging the gems. Even if you dont use the w2 or d2 mages in combat using them as searchers and summoners/forgers is valuable. with just one more conj. level w3 would let you pump out h3 bishop fish which are a great addition to every army. d2 would let you start pumping out skull tutors right now.

One thing I miss is the messaging, il love to see you guys rp more, it's quite entertaining. Also, I fail to understand why whenever u move you don't use all 3 movement? You can use it to take more tiles to try and make it harder for your opponens to move, or even landlock them. Another game il love to see u guys play is Armello, (and maybe Root) both of them are digital boardgames (Armello was even made by the same people who made This game) and is good fun to play, though it maxxes out at 4 player's, games I have seen take 1-3 hrs so it's much shorter then this game (though there's no a-synchronous play) also there not very much content of the game anymore... (Keith's episodes are desent to watch tho) I would now discribe what the game is but my ADHD is making it hard to focus and think... So you can just type "Armello" in UA-cam are your fine it (though there was a old 1.0 version on UA-cam so make sure u look for the 2.0 one instead) (there's also a Dnd-like legacy game that uses semi-random generated events called Wildermyth (me think me spell it right) and is very good game to RP and play (no saying you can't optimize too) though I don't know how your friends feel about being recorded, they can use text chat in game to talk) ohh, one last think about Armello, if one of u like the game, if one of u by dlc, all other people will also get the dlc for fell, so that's good to note. Aanddd I just realized how off topic this comment is... Oops... That's ADHD for you... Ummm, apologys, I hope u continue to show off this game as people like me can't find very many Multiplayer playthroughs of this game (I search for it on UA-cam and yours was the only one that showed up that wasn't from L.O.G's.)

I used to love subbing into games when people wanted to give up. Instead of them going AI and all of their units sallying out and being lost, you get to be an absolute maniac with trades/defense and then quickly die.

Nice series man, and the review at the end was really nice! One thing I don't think you mentioned is the regrettable fights against the monolith/watcher throne (ep9 - turn 43 and ep10 - turn 47). You lost an entire army from that, which probably sealed the deal for the endgame.

I have been enjoying watching this series and shouting at the screen "Your spells are out of range!" or "Xibalba is in the caves, casting spells at you". Or put some bodyguards on your mages to slow down the infernal disease spam. He only needs construction 5 to craft blood boosters to get the Onaqui to blood 5. Even easier if he gets construction 7 for the dagger. Your siege of Mekone is going to take ages, he's going to have zillions of 1g scorpions inside and you have low numbers of elite troops. Use some gems to summon monsters to help with your siege. Even with your vermin swarm it takes ages to starve out a garrison. It's holding your main army's attention for ages.

12:00 I think you might want the thunder for Muspel Giants but most things don't have enough HP to justify it. Even for the Giants the Fatigue difference is HUGE to compared toe Lightning. Also fire options might be better against non-fire troops

4:40 they are using extra gems to reduce the fatigue cost. Conservative Gem use only goes do far -you really need a Scout along with resupply

You should make sure you have bodyguards on your bloodhunter. The bloodhunter will randomly get ambushed by peasants who don't want you taking their children.

You say the strangest things "we don't need his research anyway" -as if you already had all the level 9 spells you want and there was a comment about having spare of gold too. The patrolling and the PD might well have been sound decisions but the implication that your alternative options weren't worthy of consideration was odd.
